• Discus which sites would best suit your needs for this project, National Campsites, local park, farmers field, etc. • Choose a date to carry out the activity and check with the site for availability. • Divide your Unit into two Crews (Art Crew and Tec. Crew) to look at the two sides of the challenge. • Organise a presentation of the Art Crews designs, then discus which would be the best one for this project, ensure every

member has an opportunity to voice their opinion. • Lead the Tec Crew in designing, building and testing the camera housing. Ensure the camera functions needed, can be

operated remotely. • Arrange to have different aerial vehicles available for testing with the camera equipment. After testing discus the best option

to be used. • Plan a BBQ for that evening, discus who you should invite, maybe the Beavers or the Cubs will be on a hike that day and

are finishing in the same campsite. Arrange to have the equipment to have a slideshow, to show your work. • Direct your Crews during the build. Make sure everyone has a job and nobody is left standing around. • Present your photographs at the BBQ and let the Beavers/Cubs try flying some kites.
