In response to your recent request pertaining to settlement agreements, I am providing to you thetotal number of agreements since 2006 through the present which reflect amounts of $5,000.00 orgreater. The advice of the school attorney, Regina Tate, remains the same as it was in 2011. Thedollar amounts of the individual settlements are public information; however, the names of theindividuals are protected information. Based on that advice, I am not at liberty to release thenames of the individuals involved.
