1ST DAY Conduct personal introduction from me as a trainor/coach to the students and vice-versa. Lecture about arnis What about of arnis, history of itself, the relationship of arnis to our Philippine Culture Arnis as our new national sports and beyond The kinds The equipments, things needed in performing this arnis, composition, parts, different kinds of it make and other equipment of this sports The relationship of arnis as combat martial art and arnis as game sports The dos and donts of arnis and it discipline as a true martial arts Arnis a Filipino martial arts, a sports

2ND DAY Additional lecture or additional information. The lesson, intellectual and written regarding Kali Cool warm-up, Filipino cool games (ex. Patintero, Habulan, Sikyo) Skipping rope Calisthenics and additional lectures and practical know how Continuous tactical and technical approach in arnis, storytelling of experiences Cool conversations in reaction with the sports

3RD DAY Training proper Warm-up exercise, jogging, calisthenics Bending exercises Explanation for what are the purpose of these exercises The use of cane in exercise

4TH DAY The Basic:a. Art disciplineb. How to respect you, the art and your opponent and yourselfc. How to use the equipment The handling (rattan sticks, padded cane) Proper use, place for equipmentd. Waves, breathings, shout Purpose and use

5TH DAY Stances and Posturesa. On guardb. Front, back, straddlec. Cat stance and other stances

6TH DAY Technique I Introduction of striking Blocking and trusting

7TH DAY Technique I Practice, basic 7, 3, 5 (strike, trust, block)

8TH DAY Technique II Striking and blocking Parrying Technique Trusting With partners

9TH DAY Introduction to Sinawali Sinawali and with partners Semi freestyle A, B, C, D, F technique Intro to sparring

10TH DAY Tips or simpleSelf defense technique for kids Proper discipline Light semi-free sparring Sparring techniques Lectures additional know how the relationship of arnis as Filipino art to other martial arts
