What is the expected timeline for construction to start and end?
For I-17, construction is expected to start in January of 2021 and be
completed in February of 2022. For I-19, construction is expected to start in April of 2021 and be completed in
December of 2021. There are currently no plans for I-40.

Is longitudinal access along controlled access highways allowed?
Currently, the ADOT Utility and Railroad (URR) Accommodation
Guidelines does not allow for new utilities to be installed longitudinally within the control of access lines of
any highway.
ADOT is currently considering allowing longitudinal access for broadband as a
special case.
