I’m planning to cycle 500km from London to Paris

I’m raising money to support nomadic herding families in Mongolia.

Nomadic population of 750,000 live off small herds and have no other way of life.

Because of extreme conditions in winter (often -45C) every few years most of the families lose up to 100% of their herd animals.

That means they don’t have even food - meat or milk.

CAMDA, the charity I’m supporting runs grass-roots projects to help nomads keep their hard but natural way of Life.

Projects include wells in the arid Gobi Desert.

Grass-cutting tractors boost hay reserves during long winters

A vegetable project provides valuable nutrients to herders mainly meat diet

Cycling from London to Paris is definitely a challenge... But I can do it myself.
