Production (2015) 303 identified candidates (up 13% annually—five yr high) 160 4060 interviews (up 5%—five yr high) 65 fully qualified candidates (up 27%—five yr high) 64 diversity candidates (up 10%—five yr high) 33 qualified diversity candidates (up 38%—five yr high) 50%+ of interviews were qualified diversity candidates 24 offers to date (to include 3 Prep School offers) 28 AFROTC interviews (up 211% annually—five yr high)

e e Added 50+ schools (now have 501 schools across

our 50,000 sq/mile area) All ALOs will cover schools area-wide

Some form of comm with all Mentor, counsel, and prepare all candidates for interview

(e-mail, phone, Skype) For 4060: almost all will be in San Antonio at some point—

interview there; else we will look at “en masse” interview dates downrange

Willing to “balance” load across ALOs Encourage students to complete early!
