ENTRANCESDefinitely, open

doors, bright sign lettering, colors,

even seating area in the outside of the store will draw me in. If the door is

closed, not bright, and I am just

browsing around my tendency is that I

will skip it.

ENVIRONMENT

SPACIOUS

AMPLE CORRIDORS

DECORATIVE CEILINGS

BIG WINDOWS

NICE AND TALL CEILINGS

All these places gave me a feel of relaxation and will not make to be in rush to get out of there! All of them

have very nice music with the exception of the grocery store – no music.

PRODUCTS

All coincide in big and clear signs indicating where the product is located. Never noticed how in some of the stores the walls were so well decorated

according to the products underneath it.

PRODUCTS

CLEARANCE BARGAIN PRICES SALE ITEMS

Found that bright yellow and bright oranges are usually used for sales, clearance items. Even the one with the Bargain sign have each of its books

with a bright yellow or orange sticker!

OTHERS

HIGYENE

REDBOX/ COINS CHANGE

FLOWERS

CHARITY SUPPORT

CARDS/BALLOONS

I found that additional services are great opportunity to save precious time…besides finding desinfecting

wipes are always good for any emergency!

CUSTOMERSIn all these places, most of

the customers were not alone. In the grocery

store, people were just looking for the product

they were needing while in the bookstore, crafts store, and old navy many people

were browsing. People are exhort to touch the

products. Found that with the excpetion of the

grocery store, a 70% of the people actually purchase something from the store.

Thanks“You can become blind by seeing each day as a similar one. Each day is a different one, each day brings a miracle of its

own. It's just a matter of paying attention to this miracle.” Paulo Coehlo Quote
