Dublin continues to benefit from a Brexit bounce. In contrast to the UK, investor confidence has been sky-high with huge investment in the construction sector across Ireland, with particular prominence in Dublin.
All salaries have increased considerably due to significant skill shortages. With BIM being the topic of the day, and so many projects going through the planning process and into construction, Architects, Technologists and BIM Coordinators with Revit skills have been the highest in demand. Practices were clambering to find the best people, and rewarding substantially for the priviledge. Salaries in Dublin now exceed those paid in London for most roles.
