ARC Exercise 1: Normal / Quick Stop

Key points of exercise:

Squaring the handlebars.

Downshifting to first gear.

Correct use of both brakes.

Left foot down.

Performs a mirror check.

Head and eyes up.

Uses all four fingers on the clutch and brake levers.

Proper clutch control maintaining a steady speed.

Proper head turn in the direction of the turn.

Counter-weighting to the outside of the turn.
