Regional Operations Manager Job summary To manage a team of operations/group managers to ensure that all aspects of client accounts and ARAMARK’s policies and procedures are controlled effectively. Operational Plan structured visits to each contract ensuring company and client requirements are fulfilled Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of all services Carry out full contract reviews on all aspects of the service delivery Attend monthly results reviews Business Development Seek opportunities for business growth Effectively manage re-tender processes Support the Business Development Team with site visits, sale presentations and showcasing the company to prospective clients Financial Administration Produce, present and sign off annual client budget Manage annual financial plan for each contract Contribute to the generation of the company business plan Identify opportunities for cost saving Carry out monthly financial reviews with each Operations Manager Review the outcome of financial audits ensuring corrective action plans are implemented where necessary Personnel and Training Actively encourage the development of each direct report Ensure development plans are in place and reviewed regularly Carry out individual appraisals with each direct report Compliance Enforce company policies and procedures for ensuring the health, safety and welfare of all persons connected with the business
