Operational • Plan structured visits to each contract ensuring company and client requirements are fulfilled • Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of all services • Carry out full contract reviews on all aspects of the service delivery • Attend monthly results reviews
Business Development • Seek opportunities for business growth • Effectively manage re-tender processes • Support the Business Development Team with site visits, sale presentations and showcasing the company to prospective clients
Financial Administration • Produce, present and sign off annual client budget • Manage annual financial plan for each contract • Contribute to the generation of the company business plan • Identify opportunities for cost saving • Carry out monthly financial reviews with each Operations Manager • Review the outcome of financial audits ensuring corrective action plans are implemented where necessary
Personnel and Training • Actively encourage the development of each direct report • Ensure development plans are in place and reviewed regularly • Carry out individual appraisals with each direct report
