I am a Package Manager for Freight Facilities on the Etihad Rail Stage 2 and 3 Project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. I manage international design teams to deliver the design of multiple freight facilities, both intermodal and bulk. This involves site selection studies, optioneering, developing functional and operational layouts of these facilities and managing the design progression to preliminary engineering.

I am part of the data analysis and modelling team. I analyse data and build multi-body simulation models to draw insight into the state of track, rolling stock, design reviews and wheel rail interactions.

I am Chair of the Railway Crossing Technical Group and Railway Crossing Program Delivery Group, reporting to the Victorian Railway Crossing Safety Steering Committee. We look at new technologies to improve safety and reduce pedestrian and road level crossings risks, and upgrade pedestrian and road level crossings to improve the safety of road users and pedestrians.
