Met members from my area during Agora-Cagliari and discussed our plans for the upcoming period;

Started to work with new contacts of AEGEE-Europe in Tyumen, Ekaterinburg and Yaroslavl;

Had Skype-meeting with all founders of new contacts; Had a Skype-meeting with representatives of all my locals; Keeping FB-group updated; Launched open-call for new SubCommie and choosed Dmitry Blokhin as a

SubCommie; Launched open-call for host-local for Spring NWM; Skype meeting with Netcom team; Helped AEGEE-Odessa to revive local and fulfilled criteria till Agora-Oviedo; Was elected as a Vice-Speaker of Network-Commission.

Meeting with AEGEE-Tilburg to update them on the Agora results and givethem an AEGEE-Europe crash course

Meeting in real life with my subcommies, we discussed the plans for this term

Redefinition of communication system with the locals based on discussion with the presidents;

Contact with AEGEE-Łódź (contact-antenna which was given exception on Agora Caglari and was absent during NWM Zielona Góra);

Initiation of the discussion on the channels of the external communication (aegee.pl website and AEGEE w Polsce Facebook page) with the team of the subcommies;

Evaluation of the NWM Zielona Góra with the team of the subcommies;

Regular contact with organizers of the NWM Warszawa and presence on the project meetings;

Supervision of the case of the improper behaviour of one of the participant of the NWM Zielona Góra (consultation with the board of the local about its member, legal question sent to JC);

Information and encouragement to apply for the most important open calls that can benefit the local;

Knowledge transfer with my predecessor – Mateusz Dokurno.

Organized and attended NWM Zaragoza (21-23 November)

Attended to an AEGEE-Madrid meeting before the election of their newBoard

Sent the Monthly Report to locals

Encouraged locals to organize RTCs and ask for reimbursement

Helped some locals to develop the content of their LTCs
