AQUACLIP SEALING SYSTEM
We were first on the scene with our patented AQUACLIP sealing system. Made entirely of plastic, the world’s first reusable sealing system to an IPX8 level is entirely rustproof and durable. AQUACLIPS allow for lanyards and shoulder straps to be attached so the user can safely and practically open and close as well as carry an Aquapac.
The AQUACLIP has been independently tested and proven to be:
• Waterproof for 30 minutes underwater to a depth of 30ft/10m
• Capable of withstanding a temperature range of -20ºC to +50ºC
• Able to be opened and closed more than 5,000 times
Aquaclips are available in 8 lengths from 85mm to 350mm / 3.3” to 13.7”
The TC Aquaclip – used on our wire-through cases – allows for a cable up to 2.5mm/0.1” to pass through the case and gives an IPX6 waterproof seal.
IPX6/7 closures – we also use a range of other sealing systems for these applications, including combinations of triple roll over, Velcro, heavy duty ziplock and double ziplock seals.
IPX8 Aquaclip – the design attaches the case to the AQUACLIP, which means even when you open the case, all the components remain connected.

The new Extreme Pro 2 way radio case stands the test of time and convenience with an incredibly versatile and durable choice of attachments, enabling you to attach your radios securely and quickly for hands-free use in any environment.
The slim, tough stud connector is at the heart of the Aquapac Dock System. The octagonal stud simply slides into any Aquapac Dock System dock and locks securely in place. Undocking your case takes a few seconds; simply rotate the case to the inverted position, and it slides free.
Most Aquapac Dock System docks for radios are used with:
• shoulder harnesses
• sew on for any jacket (sewing instructions provided)
• stick a dock to any surface, allowing the user flexibility in terms of where and how they carry or store their radios

DOCK SYSTEM RETROFIT KIT
The Aquapac Dock System connector stud can be retrofitted to any Aquapac case in a few minutes.
All you need to do is wipe the area you want to stick the stud with the surface cleaner, peel off the red liner and press to the mounting position. Then apply firm pressure for 10 seconds. For a complete bond, apply the stud plate, and leave it for 24 hours before using it. After 20 minutes, it has bonded sufficiently for most applications.
The world class 3M VHB tape has been thoroughly tested for over ten years in every environment – from underwater, to the coldest and hottest temperatures on the globe.
This is usually a permanent installation, but if you ever want to remove the tape from the case, instructions are available on our website.

What Does The Warranty Cover? And What Does It Not?
Our 5-year warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover defects caused by accident, animal attacks, neglect, normal wear and tear, improper care, or failure to follow our written directions available on our website at www.aquapac.net.
• It does not apply if examination or testing show that an alleged defect does not exist.
• It covers this product only, and not any items you may put inside this product. We are not liable for the cost of repairing or replacing any such items or for any other incidental, consequential, special, or other damages. BIODEGRADABLE TPU PLASTIC USED ON AQUAPAC CASES
How long does the Biodegradable TPU plastic used on Aquapac cases take to biodegrade?
Good question. There’s no specific testing standard for TPU, but tests have been carried out some years ago. With heat and water acting as a catalyst, TPU will biodegrade faster. However, if TPU lies in the ground by itself in a dry condition, it could last longer in the ground. Between 2 to 5 years the TPU will start to biodegrade.
