Developed for the aerospace,defence, medical and other precisionindustries where the manufacture ofcomplex and intricate machined orpressed parts require very highstandards of cleaning, surface finishand drying. The AVD removes alltypes of contamination such assoluble and mineral oils or greases,polishing compounds, lapping pastesand NDT dye penetrants fromsensitive alloys and other materials.

Developed to satisfy the needs ofinter-stage, in-cell and in some casesfinal cleaning of machinedcomponents to high standards. TheSolo system is supplied in three sizes, all of which provide rotationalwashing, mist rinsing and hot airdrying in a very compact footprint,saving on valuable floor space. TheSolo far outperforms traditional dunk washers, rotary basket andtunnel washers for cleanliness andeffective drying.

SOLO SYSTEMSOLO INTER-STAGE WASHING & DRYING SYSTEMS

The Duo System is a naturalprogression of the established Solosystem. The Duo has the addedbenefits of flood/immersion washing,which provides higher standards of cleaning by full solution contact with all component surfaces, and are-circulating heated spray rinse,which provides higher standards ofsurface finish by removing detergentresidues left by the wash solution.The rinse stage can also be used toapply a longer term corrosioninhibitor for ferrous components. All finished off with a hot air dry.

PRECISION CLEANING OF ENGINEERING COMPONENTS

MecWash are true experts in the process of washing, supported by our laboratory for wash trials and developing our owndetergents to ensure the perfect finish inchallenging applications. Our machines areboth highly efficient and robust, thriving intough industrial environments. MecWashserves many of the leading names inengineering, in sectors such as aerospace,automotive, defence, medical, motorsportand general engineering.

MecWash apply very high volumes of waterthrough open nozzles to produce a heavyspray/flood washing process that penetratesand cleans masses of small parts in basketsor complex parts in specialised fixtures.

Full rotation of the workload exposes all the component surfaces, machined holes,recesses and galleries to the processsolutions and provides effective draining and drying. Parts with simple geometriescan also be gently oscillated from side to side.
