April Star Block - JanomeWHAT’S NEXT Cutting Directions: • Cut four Gold 2 1/5” squares • Cut one Avocado 2 1/5” square • Cut one Sailor 3 1/4” square - sub cut diagonally
• Cut four Gold 2 1/5” squares• Cut one Avocado 2 1/5” square•
Cut one Sailor 3 1/4” square - sub cut diagonally into quarters•
Cut two Cobalt 2 7/8” squares - sub cut diagonally one time
Sewing Directions:
• Assemble this unit. Using one Sailor quarter piece and one
Gold quarter piece, place them right sides together and sew a 1/4”
seam here.
• Open out and press toward the dark side.
• Place the Cobalt triangle on the previous piece, right sides
together. Sew a 1/4” seam on the long edge.
• Open out and press. This square will measure 2 1/2”. •
Assemble 3 more.• Construct the rows per the diagram.
