Calico the Band

5 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

Kirsten Proffit, Manda Mosher, and Aubrey Richmond. All are great and dedicated musicians, each with accomplished and celebrated solo careers under way. That is, until Calico brought them together. As powerful as each is individually, an undeniable magic occurs when all three come together. It’s at the heart of their debut album, Rancho California, which is replete with singularly strong songwriting chops, rich harmonies, and a pervasive Americana passion. Like the expansive spirit of Laurel Canyon that spawned so many famous bands and artists, now comes this new spirit, rooted in the vast valleys and canyons of L.A.

CALICO the band is a female Americana/ California Country trio comprised of award winning singer/song-writers and multi-instrumentalists. The band has been consistently touring the West Coast, Pacific North-west, and Southwest regions since forming in early 2013. CALICO the band Has Been Featured onthe ABC hit TV show Nashville & NBC’s The Night Shift.

The melodically-hypnotic country trio from the San Fernando Valley, CALICO the band, who not only shook the stage at last year’s Stagecoach Festival and whose music has been featured on the smash ABC TV show, Nashville as well as NBC’s The Night Shift, proudly released their debut album, RANCHO CALIFORNIA via California Country Records.

CALICO stands for California Country – a musical genre haunted by Western ghosts of the past, but gentle with modern spirits too. It’s about timeless roots music; it’s about voices singing in harmony. This unique blends their three

part harmonies and classic old country influences against the backdrop of acoustic guitar, mandolin, resonator, fiddle and electrics, to create a new and unique sound in California Country. “We’re here to tell people that Americana music is very much alive,” said Kirsten, “and California is a bountiful source for this style. We love to carry on the traditions of country, seen through a vibrant, new lens.”

Michael-Annhttp://www.michaelannmusic.com

Michael-Ann started her musical journey at an early age. Her best memories are from visit-ing her friend’s musical family in the Ozarks of Missouri. It was there she learned to play guitar with strings 1/2” off the fret... a painful but rewarding experience. She would go every weekend and savor the flavor of down-home hospitality and song. Each weekend included a musical performance with various members of the extended family. She then decided she wanted to dip her toes in the waters of Nash-ville. Several record labels were interested in her music, but she chose to travel overseas first, to broaden her life experience. Since returning to the States, she has been involved with various productions including New York’s “Woody Guthrie’s American Song” (a touring show about the life of Woody Guthrie), and has had her original music featured in the play “Sweet Bye and Bye”.

Now living in Los Angeles, Michael Ann has been seen singing with the likes of Ricky Skaggs,

The Rainmakers, and the Ravens, and has been heard on several music compilations as well. She has opened for Paula Nelson in Kan-sas City, Blake Shelton, and most recently for Joan Osborne, Don McLean, Mark Chesnutt, Kenny Rogers, Jeff Bridges, Eddie Money, Judy Collins and Richie Furay. She has per-formed with her band at various clubs including The Coach House, The Saban Theater, Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center, The Canyon Club, The Hotel Cafe, The Viper Room, Ranch Party, Room 5, Genghis Cohen, and Three of Clubs. Her new release Heavy Load is already receiving airplay on several radio stations na-tionally and internationally. Stay tuned for more exciting developments in the works!

They moved as silent shadows in the dawn of pre-time; beings of infinite beauty, grace and power. Their feet churned bedrock to dust and their crowns lit upon the heavens. But this was an age before man and preceding the plagues of war, famine, disease, pain, suffering and rage. They were giants of fire, giants of ice, giants of song, giants of wind and rain and the keepers of eternal light.

Some texts say they slumber waiting to awaken, others say they are dead and some people will even be so bold to claim that they never existed, except in stories as an allegory of what the fall cost us. Though their language was lost just as the Tower of Babel collapsed and their bones

were crushed and used to heal the sick and stoke the furnaces of human industry, there are those who keep their secret flame in their hearts as a last hope against the dark hours and the howling wolves of Armageddon.

Occasionally one can find some remains, a re-minder of the greatness that floated born on the mists of pre-history, a beautiful artifact which mor-tals will attempt to craft; a note echoing through eternity, a sliver of melody vibrating across mountains, a primal rhythm resonating and mo-mentarily frozen in cold winter air.

These are Remains of Giants.

There are moments in life when something happens, and life as you know it com-pletely alters, life transforms in an instant. That moment for Erin Fall Haskell was 19 years ago. She was holding her stillborn son in her arms, just after giving birth

to him. “Tears were streaming down my face as I looked at his beautiful body and real-ized his body was still there, but he wasn’t. One can conceptually understand that we are not these bodies, but I got it on an entirely different level, my entire world crumbled, delivering me to spiritual revelation.”

This sent her on an intense spiritual quest of learning how to live and embody the truths that had been revealed. “To know the truth and to live the truth, are two very different things.” This took her around the world, studying, researching and doing an array of spiritual process and modalities, bringing her full circle, giving back the gifts of her journey.

Erin is an Author, Speaker, Divinity Worker, Researcher and Non-Denominational Min-ister, referring to all philosophies, religions and spiritual practices. She is also trained in Maieutics, a Greek Oracle Process, by which she assists others to birth their truth. She has worked with a broad range of clients, everything from top Celebrities, Grammy winners, single moms, CEO’s to homeless, facilitating seminars, workshops, circle ceremonies and spiritual retreats. Bottom line, she attributes her happiness and fulfillment to ‘Divine Truth’, which is not just knowing the truth, but living your Unique Divine Expression of the truth… “May living your truth set you free.” Love, e

What tнē #$*! Is (F)eπg Shui!?by Michael WhiteRyan

15 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

16 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

Feng Shui is a systematic approach on a physical level in placing a human being on the doorstep pathway to their individual portal connection with the living Universe, Human energy to Universal energy. It’s an ancient tradition with applications for a mod-ern era which has the capacity to empower mankind at an individual and collective level in accessing the divine universal conscious-ness. You may know Feng Shui as the place-ment of furniture or creating balance and harmony, no no no, it’s the placement of a human, thus allowing a shift in an individual mindset at their own pace to grasp the true understanding of self (being) with action. How is this wild statement accomplished, why through change, for Feng Shui is an invitation to opportunity.

For years we have had this misunderstanding of Feng Shui being what it is not. The con-fusion rises from the large number of books, the various teachings and the different schools. Deciding which is better/greater than the other, has only added confusion to the amazing essence held within its teachings. The false idea that it is all common sense, a fade or a religion never ceases to amaze.

If you want to study Feng Shui the question would arise, which school/teacher should I choose, the Traditional, the Classical or maybe the Imperial. Then there is The Black Sect Tantric School which is a mixture/collection of many different doctrines, tradi-tions, Buddhism and philosophies. This Sect originally came from India, Tibet, China, and now America, to which Feng Shui became one of those added components. All Feng Shui schools have their designated purpose. All schools have their foundations based on the understanding of Yin and Yang and the five elements, Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Fire.

So how do we tackle this Feng Shui system, to know of its values, the benefits it holds for mankind, or if it even works? The information

I am about to share comes from experience, teaching, training and as a continuing student of 17 years, consulting in seven countries in-cluding for the home and businesses, to over $100M.

Feng Shui firstly is all about our energetic relationship / connection to our personal-en-ergies. This understanding of self exists in our individual Life Chart. If we overlook this single component, then how are we to make any connection to the self and to that which exists outside of us? Secondly, energy is also about how our beingness, yours and my vibrational frequency connects to the univers-es vibrational frequencies. Is it even possible to conceive that we are a single energy, when we fully well know nothing exists on its own? At birth our first breath draws in the many universal energies present at that moment in time. We are introduced/connected at birth to the Universe, which now is added to that which we bring forth from our parents. This is now the seed of who and what we are capa-ble of being in this world. External influences, parents, place of birth, education, relation-ships, reasoning blame and survival mecha-nisms combine with us and here we are 2015

17 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

The Art of Feng Shui comes from a consul-tant’s depth and abilities, based on their lev-el of experiences to define where and when to position an individual into their path of current active universal frequencies. Connec-tions are derived from an in-depth founda-tion on their knowledge/ teachings about the Science of Feng Shui. Is one school better than another? No, all schools have their own applications. They function in a sequence similar to our education system, grade 1 and onwards. When a situation cannot be resolved in one school then we move into another school of thought to find the solution. All schools collaborate with one another to create sus-tainable wholeness! Each school was created by a different scholar over many centuries as they evolved in their understanding of the connection between Man, Earth and the Universe. Gratitude plus, for we are truly blessed by the efforts of these scholars.

Next issues we will look at Relationships and Money followed by a deeper understanding of the primary Feng Shui schools, how they unite as one, with various insights and tips that you can apply to where ever you live, your house, condo, apartment, owned or rented. Feng Shui opens the door of opportunities of the unknown, future relationships, increased health and improves finances for the home and businesses alike.

Spiritual Growth Checkpoint

Meditating with

Clear QuartzBy Sherri Cortland

www.sherricortland.com

20 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

I’m a big fan of merging our energy with the energies of different crystals and stones dur-ing meditation. Yet there are so many power-ful stones and crystals to choose from, how do we know where to start? When someone asks me for a crystal recommendation, I always say, ‘Start with clear quartz,’ and here’s why: clear quartz vibrates clear white light, which contains all other colors, and so, clear quartz packs a huge vibrational bang into one single crystal. In fact, when I climbed Bell Mountain in Sedona, I brought along twenty clear quartz crystals so I could charge them in the pulsating energy of that powerful vortex for my family and friends. Here are some interesting facts about clear quartz that I first learned many years ago when I used Katrina Raphael’s Crystal Enlightenment, Volume One to begin my study of crystals and stones:

• To the awakened mind, clear quartz crys tals are like beacons that will add more light and positive energy to be used in their lives and integrated onto the Earth. • Clear quartz is like a pyramid in that they channel high frequency energy onto the physical Earth plane. • They reflect pure white light that can be channeled into daily thoughts, feelings, words, and actions. And because clear quartz (also called crystal quartz) radiates all the colors of the spectrum, it’s the ultimate stone when it comes to metaphysical and healing properties: • Mystical Properties: it harmonizes and balances, enhances energy and thoughts, purifies the spiritual, mental and physical, and facilitates communication with Spirit. • Healing Properties: it stimulates the immune system, brings the body into balance, cleanses and enhances the organs and subtle bodies, and acts as a deep

soul cleanser, connecting the physical dimen-sion with the mind.

► Are you ready to give meditating with clear quartz a try? To help you get started, here’s a simple yet powerful exercise that I first started doing a couple of years ago when my friend, the crystal healer Paige Hall Ferraro, shared it with me:

►Find some peaceful music for your medita-tion. I always recommend this because crystals can actually absorb and hold the etheric mes-sage of the music you listen to as you work with your crystal (s). Therefore, if you meditate with that crystal often, it will raise your vibration even higher.

►Set your intention for the meditation with love. When we meditate it’s so important to let go and allow ourselves to be open to simply being one with our crystal. A positive intention that I use often is to ask my crystal to “Please show me what I need to know for the highest and best of all concerned and help me to feel, see, or hear any messages that you have to share.”

►Sit comfortably in a dimly lit room where you won’t be disturbed. Lighting a candle creates a relaxing atmosphere and is helpful when medi-tating with crystals.

►With your music turned on, place your crys-tal loosely in your hand and take several deep breaths--continuing to breathe gently until you are relaxed.

►When you are relaxed, you can open your eyes and look deeply into your crystal. Simply gaze at your crystal and all of its angles, and imagine yourself inside the crystal and what that might feel like to you.

►When you have immersed all of your senses with your crystal, continue to breathe gently and close your eyes. Allow the peace and amazement you ex-perienced from your crystal to take you into a deep, relaxed state of being.

21 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

►Continue to breathe gently with your crystal held loosely in your hand, and imagine this crys-tal is surrounding your entire being, until you feel one with the crystal. You might notice feel-ings of peace and serenity, or receive a mes-sage of some kind from the crystal. Perhaps it guides you to be on a better diet, or you may see certain colors; whatever it is, simply notice and keep it in your memory.

►You might feel a little tingly from the crystal’s vibration…just continue breathing, being at one with your crystal.

►You can open your eyes when you are ready (suggested meditation time is 15 minutes to start) and bring your focus back to your crystal. You will most likely feel peaceful, yet energized. Take your hands away from the crystal now, to disconnect from its energy.

►Be sure to take a moment to thank your crys-tal for its assistance…and place the crystal on the floor or table next to you.

►Stand up and stretch.

Let me close this month’s column with this tip: When a clear quartz point is placed with the point facing away from you, it draws the energy outward. When the point is placed towards you, the energy is drawn towards you. Namaste.

We React, Based On Our

Paradigm of the Worldby Jeremy McDonald

What is mind-blowing to me, is the fact that words can be so twisted! In corporate America, I taught people based on the old study, that words were only seven percent of the communi-cation process between all of us. Nonetheless, it still puzzles me how much we twist around words. This is because we live in our own paradigm. What is a paradigm? In short, it is how we see the world based on our expe-

riences and environment. A good majority of our paradigms are created by what happened to us and how we received what happened. Every experience we had in our lives devel-oped a part of our paradigm, and in essence, created programming within us. Based on our experiences and our anticipation of the future, we create how we live in the present.

A life of reaction is a life of slavery, intellectually and spiritually. One must fight for a life of action, not reaction.

~Rita Mae Brown

23 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

The massive problem which happens, is we become caught-up in our paradigms. We get enslaved by the dogma which comes from the idea our paradigm is the one truth and the only truth! Therefore, what happens is one person will say something, intending to mean one thing, but the receiver of the message will totally take that message the wrong way. The real problem is the fact most people do not speak up about their feelings or how they understood the message received, so they never have a sense of clarity gained from that message.

If they heard the message differently than it was meant and they were offended by it, then they would have that inside themselves and allow it to fester. The sad part is, the person that sent the message may have no idea that it is bothering their friend. We are two people now living without clear lines of communica-tion. This type of stuff goes on all the time. The great-est gift we can give ourselves is just share how we feel and speak up!

Recently, I had a huge moment of clarity when I post-ed this phrase on my Facebook, “Anything that both-ers you is your issue.” I got this from a book Titled The 55 Concepts by Michael Cavallaro. A few minutes af-ter posting, a friend posted, “This statement is not entirely accurate. In a relationship, if two people are unwilling to work with one another, or only one person is willing to put in the effort in a relationship, then it becomes both of their problems.”

I remember just sitting for a minute processing what my friend said. It was not in anger or shock, and there was no reaction or judgment inside of me. I was more surprised at what was going on inside of me. I heard in my mind, “My friend is in his story as we all are in some form of our story.” Then it hit me! We interpret words based on our perception of the words.

As I stated before, we get this by our experiences or non-experiences of the words. In our culture, we are changing words into slang and change our languages around several times.

A life of reaction is a life of slavery, intellectually and spiritually. One must fight for a life of action, not reaction.

~Rita Mae Brown

24 THEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

Just look at the English language today in comparison to two hundred years ago and from state to state; words have different mean-ings and different ways they are said. It is all based on environment and culture! Instead of reacting or judging my friend, I explained my understanding of what he said, “If I was in a relationship, and my partner did something to hurt me,I would immediately analyze why it hurt me. define my happiness, not anoth-er person’s. By allowing them to hurt me and not saying anything, I am allowing it to hap-pen inside of me. More than likely, they are walking away without even realizing what they have said or did, or have moved on from what was said or done. Once I understood my own reaction, I would probably still say something to my partner for me, not them, to get my truth out. By understanding myself first, I take the time not only to have a greater understanding of myself, but also to have a richer relationship with myself.” Once I explained this, my friend said he understood what I was saying now, and we moved on from this conversation.

Knowing that people live life based on their paradigm or personal reality had me ponder-ing. I realized and remembered all the times I reacted in a way that kept me from seeing someone else’s point of view. I programmed myself based on the stimuli around me.

If someone hurt me before, and a similar experience came up again in my life, I would have a similar reaction like the response before. I might even react for fear of getting hurt again. The same might happen based on things I enjoyed, or pleasurable things, and I might constantly look for that pleasure again when I did not get what I was looking for. I might fall into a depression from not getting something based on my expectations.

These things happen repeatedly in our lives, but we have no idea it is happening because we are living within our individual paradigm; the parts of our lives, which we are not awake in. We are self-aware when we are awake. We

can utilize the times we are not awake as an area of opportunity! Remember, the word enlightenment means the end of pain and suffering. The “Light” part is where we shine our light and see clearly, therefore are awake. So in areas we are not awake we are not able to see clearly. Therefore; we are not only living in our paradigm, we are stuck in our paradigm.

This is what the vast majority of people are doing in life, not living in an awakened state. They are living in an ocean of their reactions happening deep inside themselves and not understanding truly what is going on within themselves. Some do not even know things are hurting them until one day something triggers the built up anxiety going on within their bodies. Once this happens, years and years of not speaking our truth, or living our truth, swell up and burst out onto the world.

This is largely because most of us try to hide what we do not like about ourselves. We do not talk about the things we have done which people may look at and judge us. This area of our lives is what Carl Jung referred to as our shadow. In this area of our lives, we are not able to see these things because they are hidden deep within an area we do not want anyone to see, including allowing ourselves to see. A good story to explain our shadow is the Sumerian myth of Inanna, Queen of the Heavens.

Her descent into the underworld explains to us she had to cross through seven gates to en-ter into the underworld to see her older sister Ereshkigal, the Queen of the underworld. When she arrived at each gate, she had to remove a piece of her royal garments, such as her crown or royal robe. Eventually she reached the throne room of her enraged sister, and is killed by her sister’s subjects. She is stripped of all her material possessions. She eventually is saved from her situation and rises up from the underworld with a greater understanding of herself.

25 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

She realizes that her sister Ereshkigal is the dark side of herself (shadow side of herself). She constantly rejected and suppressed within herself while she was trying to show the world the goodness that she wanted to project onto the world. This caused her to suppress a great piece of herself and in turn made herself stagnant inside of herself.

The result was a part of her that was so enraged, when facing the neglect and stress that she had buried deep within herself, it killed her. What is important to take note of is, she shed her worldly possessions, which gave her entitlement of her royal titles and level. The pureness of how she approached her descent, allowed her to rise up out of her shadow, greatly aware of what she did to her-self. She was able to come back into oneness with all of herself and discover deeper parts of herself she had not been previously aware of.

The shadow has deep thoughts within us, and continues the programs we keep imprisoned in our paradigm. We have this idea of impress-ing the world and keeping an image of what we want others to see, instead of our truth, and being true to ourselves. In reality, your body knows when you are not being true to you, and as a result, you are hurting yourself and causing unnecessary stress deep within your body.

In Innana’s story, the existence of the God-dess Innana is not as important as the lesson this myth brings us. I talked about this story because it relates very closely to many of our lives. We have to ask ourselves many questions, in order to really discover the clarity of how much we are not looking at, and paying attention to, our shadow. Ask yourself, “Have I ever been upset with someone but never said anything because I was afraid of the consequences or being judged? Have I ever hid how I felt about a situation or subject be-cause I was afraid of rejection?” Guess who rejected my opinion first? You guessed it right!

It was me! Before I ever got the words out of your mouth, I judged it and did not think it to be valid enough to say, therefore, rejecting, and judging myself!

If I were truly confident in who I was and did say something, I would know with all the confi-dence in the world that my views were just as valid as anyone else’s. I would also be open to other views and seeing other perspectives. This is how we grow, by opening our minds to someone else’s wisdom and sharing ours. When we hide our feelings or our views, we are preventing this growth potential from hap-pening between souls.

In some cases, it is appropriate not to say anything because you know people have to learn their own lessons. We are talking about disagreements or problems, and also talk-ing about general conversations. I spent a great deal of years not participating in regular conversations because I was afraid I would look stupid to others. Well, guess who thought I was stupid? Me!

The real vicious cycle, is my shyness or fears, which kept people from getting to know me as a person. Even though I had friends, I still felt very lonely and misunderstood because I did not understand myself. Once I realized my voice mattered and it mattered to me, all my feelings of loneliness subsided. Not only did I feel smart, but very smart, because I was no longer ignoring my voice and myself.

I overcame most of my fears by making my-self speak, even when I was unsure. Yes as I have explained in previous chapters, I had a great deal of resistance to what I said at times. At times, friends would get very mad because instead of always being in alignment with them, or in agreement with them, I would state my views. There were a great number of people upset. Some friendships ended be-cause they felt I judged what they believed.

26 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

The reality is I was changing, and my friends and I were growing apart. It taught me some-times people (souls) come into our lives for a short amount of time. Sometimes people come back into our lives. Throughout our lives, people come and go in divine timing and divine order. Our resistance to people leaving comes from the fear of being alone, or not being accepted, or being branded as outcasts by society. The important part we are missing is a solid relationship with our Soul changes everything. This very relationship starts to recreate our paradigm from being a reactive victim mind to a wholeness-loving mind.

Why does this happen? I have explained previously, your body is a part of all con-sciousness, but it also has a consciousness. Your body is one big bag of thoughts and emotions! It is thinking and reacting to stimuli at all times! Our goal is to continue developing a deep relationship with our body and to stop denying the truth. Get back into balance with your body. In order to get back into wholeness you have to face yourself. Just like Innana, you have to go deep into your shadow. This is where you will find the programs that are going on deep within you, and make you react to the stimuli around you.

When you feel you are not being listened to, look in the mirror and ask, “Where am I not lis-tening to myself? Where am I not paying atten-tion to what my body, mind, or spirit are trying to tell me?” This gives you the opportunity to allow your thoughts to flow and start to hear what your soul is trying to communicate with you. The Lemon Cleanse Diet continues to be around for more than 50 years, but its rec-ognition soared a couple of years ago fol-lowing Beyonce announced she’d lost 20 pounds on the diet plan for the movie Dreamgirls.

The Lemon Cleanse Diet plan also referred to as the best juice cleanse, was developed by the late Stanley Burroughs as a detoxi-fication and fasting program. Originally in-tended to rid the body of toxins and internal wastes brought on by “improper diet plan, lack of exercise, and negative mental atti-tude,” it’s now also touted as a fast excess weight loss strategy.

Unfortunately, Americans are no strangers towards the dark side of dieting and are prepared to go to extremes such as the Lemonade Diet plan to lose weight.

Of course, weight loss is inevitable when you stop consuming and drink very few calories. But this kind of diet can also be harmful to your health. Nutritionists point out that the Master Cleanse diet plan plan is deficient in all of the important nutrients: calories, vitamins, minerals, protein, carbo-hydrates, fiber, and body fat.

The Wondrous Moment of Now

by Rashmi Khilnani

“3D reality is a very dense form of manifest reality, and you are literally lightening up into a higher frequency of unity consciousness

coming into the eternal now beyond time and space.”

Lord Buddha, I understand that time is simulta-neous from a higher per¬spective and therefore past, present and future are occurring at the same time, when viewed from a more elevated frequency.

It is interesting that yesterday Amravati sent me a channeled message from Djwal Khul. In this message he explains this simultaneous nature of time, and he goes on to explain that we are currently going through a lot of confusion, in-tense challenge, change, and confrontation. It is very exciting to hear him say that the out-come of 2012 and beyond is a very positive one, and that this is now known because the ascended masters have the ability to see future events, in this eternal moment of now.

He then goes on to explain that some of the current challenge and intensity is being caused by the back wave of the flow of time/space events from our future, in this case 2012.

I understand, my lord, that you are beyond time and space and that past, present, and future does not exist, as such, for one who resides in absolute reality at all times. But if you were just to allow yourself to have a little peak at this sliver of the time/space continu-um, what do you see for us as humanity in this run up to the ending of time and space as we know it and the full embracement of 5th dimensional frequency—unity consciousness?

I feel a deep, eternal, infinite, inner smile, dear ones. I feel the disturbances of limitation, sepa-ration, control, and the resulting wars beginning to transmute into a place of oneness, unity, peace, and ultimately, deep silence. Deep nothingness, deep light, deep sound, deep vi-bration, and ultimately deep nothingness. The Great Mystery.

The 5th dimensional frequency is ultimately not yet a state of Maha Mudra. It is more in

the realm of a dissolving of time and space as you know it and of the embracement of your multidimen¬sional nature of being, which is able to remember and know of your be-ingness in different forms and a variety of locations at the same time. The 5th dimension-al frequency allows you to feel the oneness of all that is at all times, and yet you can con-tinue in a form of, let’s say, lucid dreamtime to create light forms, celestial colors, and divine harmonics. You become clairaudient, clairsen-tient, and clairvoyant. You become omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipotent.

There is a grand union with the departed ones who have passed over and with your fellow beings from other planets and other con¬sciousness. It is a place of great unity, and yet some form of deep creativity and lucid manifestation continues, if one so chooses. In this frequency, any creation that is not for the highest good or of oneness will dematerialize immediately. There is no time in this frequency, and yet one can flip in and out of many time/space con¬tinuums as part of divine ecstatic play. Your archangels are mostly in this realm. I am a part of the great void, eternal silence; and from time to time, I may choose to be part of time and space and to impulse the wisdom teaching of the Buddha field, as I am doing now. Ultimately, as I have told you before, I am not an “I.”

If you follow the path to the total dissolving of your personality self into the inner void of who you are, ultimately you transcend all the dimen-sions as these are still within the field of mani-fest reality. As you know, 3D reality is a very dense form of manifest reality, and you are literally lightening up into a higher frequency of unity con¬sciousness—coming into the eter-nal now beyond time and space. These de-marcations are also not fixed truths, but they merge into higher truth, into the great mystery. Into the unmanifest.

Amravati: Lord Buddha, I and a lot of other human beings, I sus¬pect, find the concept of the deep silence within the eternal void not an attractive concept, particularly when I am in an ordinary state of con¬sciousness. In medita-tion or healing, when I am in an altered state of consciousness, it seems quite blissful and something that I do want. Please comment on this to shed some light on how I can shift this resistance. Amravatiji,

there is no “I” doing anything (or Amravati doing anything). It just appears to be so. The deep void, the deep silence is not a “concept” dear; it is your truest inner nature and a part of the na-ture of reality. All manifest existence, as I have said before, appears to spring forth from the un-manifest.

All manifest reality is ultimately within the realm of maya or grand illusion. Yes I know that it appears to be very real to you, but so is a film very real in its appearance when one is mesmerized by it. And yet when the film is over, the movie screen is not burned by the great fire that occurred during the final scene of the film. The whole of this book, dear ones, has been about giving up the separa-tion between the real and the unreal. Giving up separation in its totality. The silence that you find during deep states of meditation is much closer to your true nature than the so-called personality self. The mind wish-es to cling to the personality self (no matter how much it suffers) as separate and real.

Just as you allow yourself to go into states of deep sleep, where the personality self totally dissolves, you trust that the next morning this personality self will pop back. In the same way, as you become a totally meditative de-tached witness, you trust that it is okay for your personality self to disappear. You trust knowing that within the bliss of supreme, infi-nite, pure potentiality—the grand void—you can become, not just a personality, but a multi-dimensional being and becoming. To continue to cling to a limited aspect of the grandness

and infinitely limitless possibilities of who you are, is a part of the grand illusion of 3D maya. It is like your fairy tale of the frog re-remem-bering that it is a prince, or the caterpillar dying to become a beautiful butterfly that can fly and experience many worlds, multifarious realms. It is like being stuck on watching the same film, no matter how much you like it, again, and again and again.

You are not the film; you are the screen on which the film and many other films may be projected. You are the director, actor, pro¬ducer and scriptwriter of many possibilities and proba-bilities, where from the infinite you may choose to don a finite series of multidi¬mensional selves.

Meditating on the organic wholeness of who you are, will give you a deep understanding of your true nature.

As many of your saints and avatars have shown you, this death of the small “I” is a moment of supreme rebirth into a vast field of unmani-fest potentiality. It is blissful, it is ecstatic, it is whole and complete and ultimately it just is. You cannot understand all of this with the mind. And even if you do, you cannot experience it. You have to begin to watch and to detach and be brave, and that only happens if you are truly fed up with your reality as you know it.

Remember the famous Zen story: before en-lightenment, you need to go carry water; after enlightenment, your personality self still goes to carry water. Or maybe you would prefer the wondrous Zen Koan: “The mirror bright is no-where shining Where can the dust collect.”

As I mentioned to you earlier, either you fol-low the path of disidentification with all that you appear to be, that is a name, a national-ity, a particular sex and so on; or, you can choose the more difficult path, where you continue to practice becoming that which you already are (all that is) through being everything as one organic whole.

within the strengthening of the 2nd path, all separation also dissolves, all struggle dissolves, the little “I” dissolves and everything becomes In Lakesh. Mastery of this state leads to a total dissolving of the separate personality self, and then one moves and dances as part of creation with no pain—just ecstatic bliss, and beyond that supreme silence, supreme being.

You Amravati have had a deep experiential understanding of this dissolving of the per-sonality into the ecstasy and silence of the expanded field of oneness. when sitting with your sister’s body after she had passed, you witnessed your sister’s spirit leaving her body and being released and flying like a dove to the sun, in total freedom. That feeling as you remember well, was one of peace, one of stillness, one of wholeness and one of silence.

Amravati: Thank you Lord Buddha for remind-ing me of that supremely blissful experience which has once again moved me very deeply.

Dear one, we fill you with the energy of cour-age and grace on your path. we do this for all of humanity as well here now. Give us, the Ascended Masters, your fear and allow this dissolving of limita¬tion and strife. As the great Zen teaching teaches: Die before you die. why wait until the actual demise of this body? All your saints achieved a supreme state of bliss and silence by dying to their lower selves completely while they were still alive.

If you cling to a glass full of muddy water, how can we fill your glass with holy nectar? It is okay to be a glass of muddy water, and in its true acceptance comes a transcendence and the courage to let go so that the celestial infinite truth can pour in to the vessel of your soul to match the intrinsic nature of your Atma (soul).

Ritual Begets

Relationship

To harness the spiritual power of creation, as did our ancestral peoples, we need to return to a deep understanding of how sa-cred relationship works. “Feed the earth first and then you will have the strength to go out on the heal-ing path,” don Benito taught me. The more loving the energy that we can generate as we attend to these earth-honoring ceremonies, the quicker the transmutation of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies occurs.

The core of what don Benito taught me, even as I was struggling with my own insecurities, is this: By do-ing earth-healing rites and ceremo-nies, we reestablish a conscious, awakened, sacred relationship with the Earth. This encourages all the conscious beings who inhabit

our beloved Pachamama to feel more comfortable revealing them-selves to nurture and support us. This is the nature of ayni.

Through ritual action we restore harmonious relationships both “within and without,” for these are the same. By focusing on service to our beloved Earth mother, we open ourselves to receive love and comfort from powers that are far older and wiser than is any hu-man relative. As don Benito told me, “These apus, these mountain lords have been around a very long time. They’ve seen people come and go for millennia. They have witnessed many, many things. Take the time to enter into a true living spirit relationship with the place and they will sustain you. That’s how they work.”

It is not uncommon to suffer because our primary caregivers were unable to instill the deep sense of worth, trust, and belonging that every being deserves to feel. Yet by engaging in ritual practices that call upon our Mother Earth, we can finally quiet the erroneous messages of loathing and lack we internalized as children. We can separate ourselves from the negative stories we were told that we have internalized. Through ritual, we can recognize our essential nature as we deepen our honoring relationships with the natural world.

You see, as we participate in actions of kindness and service to the mother of us all, we wrap ourselves in gratitude. We receive as we give. We reclaim our intrinsic worth. We no longer need vali-dation, nor do we need to fear rejection. Healing is as simple as this: As we walk in beauty, we are beauty.

Through participation in earth-honoring ceremonies we are able to shift from fear to love, from desire to grateful accep-tance of “what is,” and from separation to wholeness. Through ritual offerings of gratitude, we beget new relation-ships of love, care, and compassion with ourselves, with others, and with the world. As we reclaim the deep understanding of our birthright, we naturally pay it for-ward into the world. Thus, ritual begets relationship and sanctifies a new pat-tern of being. As we embody the principle of ayni in All Our Relations, we align with the magnificence of who we truly are.

This is how all spiritually attuned civili-zations on this planet have lived. The Sumerians, Egyptians, and ancient

Vedic peoples as well as the ances-tral civilizations of the Americas were all attuned to this truth. Ritual action begets relationship, and this right action heals even the deepest wounds. As we re-enact the earth-honoring rituals in ways akin to what they did, we can lovingly influence the emergence of a global real-ity in which we want to live.

Thoughts, words, deeds—these are the tools we have been given to restore harmony in the world. Yet when right thought and right speech is impossible to project because of how we feel about ourselves, ritual action is the surest way to reclaim our deepest knowing of our worth. Don Benito showed me this through his gentle example. The ritual gesture of composing graceful ceremony is the way we re-member ourselves as an interdependent strand within the sa-cred web of life. This is the way we bring beauty into our hearts. It is how we open our hearts fully to love. This was don Benito’s greatest teaching of all.

This wisdom of teaching love by the way we live in sacred reciprocity is the ritual foundation of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition. As Mesaa carriers—as prac-titioners of this tradition—we recog-nize that we are an integral part of the intricate web of interdependence that powers physical and spiritual worlds. In these rituals, we honor all the beings with whom we share this plane, this space/time, this consciousness, what Quechua speakers call pacha. Through these ritual arts, we come into deeper awareness that our right action heals the world.

37 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

As we compose our rituals, we re-mem-ber our interdependence with the ground below, the sky above, the inner world of our deepest feelings as well as outer worlds of thought, word, and action. Through art-fully structuring the sacred space of our me-sa-grounds as well as gracefully restructuring cosmic order through our actions, we co-create a conscious “turning over”—a kuti—of the way relationship between spirit and mat-ter is understood. As we become more adept in our relationship with the shamanic powers and forces revealed through our Pacha-kuti Mesa ground, we also contribute to the prophesied completion of the current pachaku-ti that my ancestors spoke of. We reclaim our role as co-creators of the New Earth.

One might say that the Pachakuti Mesa is a reflection of both our highest selves and our fondest dreams for the world. As the magic of the Pachakuti Mesa is witnessed, appreciated, and harnessed, our soul re-members, spirit awakens, heart leaps, mind knows, and body follows. Our wholeness is re-membered and sacred relationship is restored.

Megalithic Structures Around the World

by Rico Paganini

39 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

Who Built Them?

Perfectly shaped megaliths are characteristic of archaic structures. Giza, with its great pyr-amids and its many underground complexes, was the center of the Egyptian—if not the glob-al—megalithic culture.

All the textbooks, encyclopedias and scientif-ic journals state as a fact that the pyramids in Giza were built by the Pharaohs Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinos. Lay-persons and Egyptology students alike tend to be aston-ished when they realize how weak the alleged proof for this theory is. The Pharaohs Cheops, Che- phren and Mykerinos never asserted in any texts that they built the pyramids. This topic is never addressed anywhere through-out the entire body of written Egyptian history. This all shows how careful one must be about attributing the building of the Great Pyramids of Giza to the Pharaohs, who never claimed to have done so and who indirectly refute this claim through their own silence.

The Egyptologists’ arguments used to shore up their theory of the Pharaohs as the build-ers of the megalithic structures at Giza (the pyramids, Sphinx, Valley Temple, and so on) simply do not hold water. They arise from a preconceived worldview to which all previ-ous discoveries have been subjected. Howev-er, if one frees oneself from this narrow point of view, then it becomes clear that there are other explana- tions for these magnificent structures that do better justice to the facts.

The Egyptian megalithic culture holds many mysteries and an even greater num- ber of secrets. Over the course of millennia, tombs were built at the holy mega- lithic sites—includ-ing Giza, Saqqara and Abydos—by an array of kings, priests and noblemen, resulting in enormous cemeteries, or necropolises. How-ever, to draw the conclusion that the aboveg-round and belowground megalithic structures were planned and built as burial places is

ill-conceived, because there simply is no solid evidence for it.

On the other hand, scientific proof does exist to support the theory that both the Sphinx and the Valley Temple are 8,000–12,000 years old. This was in the mythi- cal period that is mentioned in ancient Egyptian tales handed down from genera- tion to generation, in which the Land of the Nile was ruled during the First Epoch by the gods or God-Kings, called the Nether (written ntr), and during the Second Epoch by the Shemsu-Hor (written shmsw hr), known as the Followers of Horus. It is also possible that the original complex, construct-ed with limestone blocks 15,000 years ago or more, was built by the Nether, and following a cataclysmic phase including centuries of massive flooding, a new epoch began in which the Shemsu-Hor renovated the origi-nal complex with their granite-wall technology. Apparently, both the Nether and the Shemsu-Hor mastered the art of transporting great weights and working with stone.

40 THEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

In various locations in Giza, there remain traces of several phases of building from times extend-ing long before our written historical record. If it is true that the Egyptians in Cheops’s day had perfectly mastered construction with granite, then certainly the following genera-tion would have possessed at least partial knowledge of their techniques. These later pyramids made of bricks are clearly built with far less quality and skill than that of the Great Pyramids of Giza. A discovery and descrip-tion of the early history of humankind cannot be limited to a single, mythical, prototypical culture, but must be viewed as a succession of various older civilizations that possessed technologies and knowledge that are unknown to us today. Nevertheless, Egyptologists to-day consider it common knowledge that the Pharaohs were capable of performing feats of engineering and construction that would seem absurd even by modern-day standards an as-sumption made apparently because they had ample time and money and nothing better to do.

Our findings point in an entirely different di-rection. As we demonstrated in the German-published book The Giza Wall, there are exam-ples of megalithic precision construction from a time long past throughout the world. But who were these archaic master builders who created works that are hardly possible with the latest technology available today? Could it be that there has been one advanced civiliza-tion after another on the Earth?

Our history teachers have ruled out this possi- bility. All traces of humanity from past cultural epochs have been explained away so that they fit into the official version, even when such explana- tions become absurd. The assumption that the megalithic complexes in Egypt—none of which bear an inscription—were built merely upon the whim of mono-maniacal, bored Pharaohs flies in the face of the fact that examples of the same myste-rious building technology are found through-out the world: the Baalbek temple complex

in Lebanon; sites in Greece such as the Athenian Acropolis; Stonehenge in England; the Tarx- ien temple complex in Malta; count-less pyramids and complexes in South America, including Sacsayhuamán, Machu Picchu and Ollantaytambo; Eas- ter Island; the stepped pyramid in Tanjore, India; and the Bhimpul monolith in Tibet, to name a few. What all these megalithic structures have in common is that they never could have been built to anything near this level of perfection with the muscle power and tools available at the time of their construction. They must have been created using archaic methods that were lost along with the fall of the respec- tive cultures. Traces of these ancient, now anon-ymous structures from a time before our conventional historical record can be found on all continents. What makes Giza so significant is that here there are creations and artifacts of that prehistoric period—the legacy of these ancient cultures.

The facts and circumstances surrounding these megalithic structures lead to the recognition that are all related. This can be clearly seen by observing a few fun- damental characteris-tics that all these complexes share: • The building materials used include extraordi narily large stone blocks.• There are elements with a polygonal shape.• There are no inscriptions.• There is nothing to indicate who built them.

Several prime examples of megalithic struc-tures and complexes are presented on the fol-lowing pages. Several of them lie on one of the Earth’s seven main or even supplemental power points.

When researching the ancient megalithic struc-tures, it is essential to bear in mind that the continents and their present locations are no longer in the same positions as they were in an-cient times.

Some are now found beneath the ocean, whereas others have been elevated high up into mountains as a result of continental drift. Nev-ertheless, the following examples that we have compiled from Europe, South America and the Pacific suffice to make the connections more than apparent:

• the Unfinished Obelisk in Aswan (Egypt)• the Easter Island (Rapa Nui) monoliths• the circle of monoliths at Stonehenge• the Ggantija Temple in Malta• the Ollantaytambo Temple• the ruins in Tiahuanaco• the same monolithic elements in Egypt and South America• the same notched stones, wall construction and connecting elements in Egypt and South America The Unfinished Obelisk of Aswan in Egypt

How were the granite blocks that were primarily used in lower Egypt quarried in Aswan in upper

Egypt? The quarry workers of the day—whom-ever they might have been—left interesting traces behind them in the granite quarry, which give us an impression of their working methods. This is especially obvious with the Unfinished Obelisk found in Aswan, which evokes far more questions than it provides answers.

The Unfinished Obelisk is 43 meters long, 4.2 meters wide and 2.5 meters high, resulting in a weight of 1,200 tons. Confusion is caused not only by this enor- mous weight, but also by the method by which the obelisk was hewn out of the surrounding stone. This enormous block had been cut out of the surrounding rock from above, from behind, from the front and along both sides, and only remains attached on the bottom side.

The final step, which never took place, would have been to saw it off from below to detach it from the surrounding rock. Yet the trenches excavated along both sides extending along the Unfinished Obelisk are just one meter wide

41 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

42 THEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

This obelisk also shows that the wet stone quar-rying method— which involves inserting wooden wedges into carved perforations and saturating them, causing them to expand and the rock to crack—was not used.

So the questions remain: How was this ob-ject cut out from the extremely hard surround-ing granite rock? And how was it to have been removed from the ground beneath it? Why would anyone us such a seemingly absurd method to remov this mega-monolith from the surrounding rock? Yet this too is attributed to the Pharaohs.

Megaliths on Easter IslandThe famous Moai figures were generally erect-ed along the island coast with their backs to the ocean. The largest monolith statue is nearly 10 meters high and weighs nearly 100 tons. There are around 900 of these stone giants hewn from the tufa stone of the Rano Raraku volcano. Nearly 300 of the statues are found in a horizontal position. The largest of these is nearly 21 meters tall and is still connected to the mountainside.

How were the Moai figures made? The offi-cial theory states that the inhabitants of Easter Island had only stone hand chisels at their disposal. Other equally astounding and lit-tle-noticed features on Easter Island are the megalithic walls found there, which bear

amazing similarities to megalithic walls found in Peru and Egypt. While the walls and stone figures have been dated to the period from 1500 B.C. to A.D. 1000, the first settlers from Polynesia are reported to have arrived in A.D. 300.

Malta in the MediterraneanOn the Island of Malta, found in the Mediterra-nean between Italy and Egypt, there is an as-tonishing temple com- plex with monoliths on the scale of those found in Giza. The best known and most monumental are the temple complexes in Hagar Quim, Mnajdra and Tarxien. All of them were dedicated to feminine deities and Mother Earth, and they tend to have an external shape resembling a woman’s body. The age of these megalithic structures can-not be accurately determined and has sim-ply been adjusted in the history books so that they are attributed to the first Sicilian settlers who arrived around 3600 B.C.

Stonehenge in EnglandThe world-famous megalithic complex at Stonehenge consists of three concentric cir-cles. The outermost circle measures 30 meters across and consists of 30 vertical sarsen stones. They were originally covered with a continu-ous ring of 30 lintel stones connected together with dow- els placed in holes. Each lintel stone weighs 7 tons. The middle stone circle consists of 30 blue stones, each around 2 meters tall and weighing 2 to 4 tons. The inner circle is formed by the sarsen trilithons, which are 10 standing sarsen stones, each weighing around

45 tons and connected with lintels. The largest monolith found at Stonehenge is 8.8 meters long and weighs around 50 tons. Each of the great sarsen stones was transported from the hills of the Marlborough Downs 30 kilometers to the north. The 4-ton blue stones were tak-en from a quarry in Wales 300 kilometers from Stonehenge. Scientists have dated the building of the complex in different construction periods rang- ing from 3000–1500 B.C. Considered to be the first builders are the Windmill Hill People, while the second phase is attributed to the Beaker People and the third phase to the Wessex People. Other theories name the Celts. How- ever, all these theories are contradicted by the postholes in the wall that have been dat-ed to 8000–6500 B.C.

First Century, A.d.by Joanne DiMaggio

Part one

47 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

If you’re like me, when working on a major life project you look for synchronicities to signal you’re on the right path. So it was with this book. In considering how to present the regression/soul-writing sessions I conducted during my nearly six-month research project, I decided to organize them in their past-life chronological order. In doing so, I was able to illustrate how soul groups incarnate together, coming in at approximately the same time and having similar experiences even if they aren’t in the same location or the same year. So it was in the Universe’s wonderfully synchro-nistic way, that out of fifty volunteers, it was Frank DeMarco’s past life that went back the furthest, and thus would earn the coveted first story in the first chapter designation.

You’ll notice that there are two regression/soul-writing sessions reported in this chapter. That is because there is a possibility that my other subject’s previous life may go back fur-ther than Frank’s. However, during the regres-sion she was unsure when that life occurred and only speculated on a probable time period months after the session. Without a specific date, I decided to place her story in the first chapter, but after Frank’s since he was firmer on a date, originally thinking his lifetime was around 100 B.C. By the way, he is the only person who is identified by his first and last name. That is because he was so prominent-ly mentioned in the Introduction and his work helped me to remain focused on how expan-sive this method of past-life recall could be in terms of soul development. For the other participants, I’ve used their actual first names, with the exception of those who requested a fictitious name.

Pompeii, 79 A.d.

The story of the destruction of Pompeii in August, 79 A.D. has been a source of fascination for centuries, so having Frank DeMarco regress to that time and place was as excit- ing as it was intriguing. I admit I was

a little hesitant to work with Frank on this project. After all, he literally wrote the book about talking to the other side. Frank also was consid- erably advanced when it came to working in an altered state of conscious-ness, having gone through every program at The Monroe Institute over the course of many years. It was Frank’s work at TMI that enabled him to perfect his fluency in commu-nicating with “The Guys Upstairs.” Because of this, I worried that my regression script—written to accommodate participants who were relatively new to past-life work—may have been too elementary for him. I expressed that concern to Frank, but he was so enthusiastic about participating in the project that I agreed to schedule a session with him. I’m glad we did because what followed was one of the most compel- ling sessions of my career.

Frank first experienced a past-life regression in 1987 but admitted it had been years since he did a guided session with a past-life thera-pist. When we began, Frank assured me he had no pre-conceived notion of where the regression would lead, but nonetheless he went back to a lifetime he had vis- ited be-fore in one of his earlier regressions. He once again was Clio, a young male Caucasian with an olive complexion. Clio was thin, “the way young boys can be.” Frank sensed Clio was a tall, healthy teenager with boy-ish hands that did not as yet reflect a lifetime of work. He had coarse (described as the texture of a Brillo pad) dark hair. He wore leather sandals and a “Roman” robe made of a rough gray material. His clothing was not fancy—something worn every day, with what Frank described as having a blue jeans-feel to it. Although in his soul-writing session Frank questioned whether Clio was an orphan, during the regression portion he had a sense about Clio’s parents, speculat-ing that Clio’s father was a stern man, but not ill natured; someone who commanded re-spect. It was Clio’s mother who was the heart of the family.

48 THEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

Clio lived in the western part of southern Italy, near Naples. It was the “chilly side of spring” but not cold enough for him to be covered in clothing. There were no buildings in sight, but there was a cave nearby that he used for shelter or when he wanted to be alone. Frank initially thought that Clio worked as a shepherd, but later changed his mind.

Clio was alone in the cave eating an evening meal con- sisting of a piece of flatbread, like pita, that he had pulled out of his sack. Frank sensed Clio was not supposed to eat much and thought that perhaps this was because he was on the equivalent of a vision quest.

The heart of any regression is the exploration of a signifi- cant event in that lifetime. When asked to go to that event, Frank described Clio as a “diviner in fire,” a prophet or sooth- sayer who gained insight into a question or situation through a fiery ritual. He worked closely with a slightly older teacher to develop this ability. Frank stressed the importance of need- ing a mentor because if Clio tried do-ing this work alone, he would weaken. His mentor taught him to use a burning image to keep his conscious mind busy as he went into an altered state of consciousness. While in that state he could scan immediate time and space and get impressions about what was coming. Those impressions were his “finds” and his job was to share what he saw with the populace.

When he was in his early twenties, Clio prophesized there would be a huge disaster at Pompeii. While he was recognized as a prodigy, he also was arrogant and much too young and inexperienced to know how to translate what he was seeing so that peo-ple would understand and accept his premo-nitions. He thought that by simply sharing his vision, the majority of Pompeii’s 20,000 residents would believe him and immediately begin an orderly evacuation. But rather than listening to him and leaving, they stayed. They did not take his warning seriously and

thought, even if it were true, they had plenty of time to escape.

When Vesuvius erupted, the citizens of Pom-peii realized the seriousness of the situation and panicked. The resulting stampede was something Clio had not foreseen. Although he knew where to go to escape death, he was overcome with guilt at having failed to convince the populace to leave. With death and destruction inevitable, his remorse was so unbearable that he no longer wanted to live. Rather than save himself, he went to the caves near the ocean and stayed there with a crowd of people who did not recognize him as the prophet of doom.

Extreme heat, coupled with clouds of toxic gases and ash, quickly filled the cave. As he and the others were overcome, his last thoughts were that despite his training, tal-ents, and position, he had failed his mission. He should have accepted responsibility for his gifts and used them in a less pompous way. If he had been humble, he would have come across as more sincere. Perhaps then he would have been believed and more lives would have been saved.

When asked how Clio’s life was impacting his current life, Frank said, “Subconsciously I know what I’m doing long before my con-scious side does. My mission is to encourage beginners. I’m very surefooted now.”

Once the regression was over, I asked Frank to continue with the soul-writing session to obtain additional informa- tion about Clio’s life and how it was impacting him today while I contacted my Source and wrote along with him.

Frank’s Soul WritingClio and David. Asthma the result of seared lungs? Breathing seems to have calmed down as we did the re-enactment. Paul (brother) a fellow practitioner? No parents. Orphan/no memory of them?

49 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

Seemingly no other life but serving. Too cock-sure, plus too inexperi- enced. Regret, re-morse, wasted training. Cautious atti- tude, humility, caution. Certainty, sureness in do-ing these things today. The sea, the sky, the land—in love with the earth. Loved the Spartan aspect of training, too. Hardship like fasting , welcomed.

My Soul WritingYou were asking about soul groups or soul families who incarnate together for a common cause. Such is the case with souls like Frank’s who are drawing upon ancient wisdoms and applying them to contemporary audiences. Never before has there been such a need for this. In times past, clusters of such souls—charged with being truthseekers and lightbear-ers—have come forth to be what was often the lone voice of reason. Most paid dearly for expressing their wisdom and truth—which is why in every case they are gripped with fear in some fashion to not step forward again. Yet because there are so many of them—each attempting to find the other to join energies for the greater good—and because the times have shifted so while it is not totally safe to express truth—for elements still exist to smother— and we use that word deliberate-ly—the light that each gives—it is nonethe-less a time when the need for those collec-tive voices to be heard. Frank is a subject for this research project who is evolved and has the knowing— yet more will come forward as you continue and word spreads of your desire to further this study. You will see the landscape change and with it will come a clear direction of what to do next.

Frank’s writing session revealed something I did not know, and something neither of us discussed beforehand, and that was that Frank had been battling asthma. We went into the session to review the lifetime that was impacting him in the here and now. His soul chose the one in which he acquired a physical karma that was manifesting as asthma nearly 2,000 years later.

Our bodies contain information that can be read like a karmic history book. Many physical conditions often are related to an event that occurred in a prior lifetime. This is a bold state-ment, for certainly there are physical maladies that have nothing to do with a past life. None-theless, the Edgar Cayce life readings contain countless references to people’s current afflic-tions being the result of choices they made in a previous life. Karmic manifestations are a true example of cause and effect; of reaping what you sow.

Interesting to note that physical conditions emanating from a previous life may not occur in the immediate subse- quent lifetime. Frank was dealing with a respiratory condi- tion that originated in 79 A.D. No doubt his soul had many lifetimes between Clio’s and Frank’s, but for whatever reason chose to balance the slate at a much later date when circum- stanc-es were just right for the lesson to be learned.

There are a number of ways to get help for the past-life traumas that are impacting you in the here and now. Certainly, a past-life regression is a good start. But in Frank’s case, the regres-sion alone did not initiate his “ah ha” moment linking the asthma with the Pompeii death by suffocation. The soul- writing session did that.

Spontaneous healings often occur simply when the root cause of the problem is uncov-ered. In his book, Through Time Into Healing, Brian L. Weiss, M.D., wrote: “Like migraine headaches, asthma, respiratory infections and allergies are physical conditions in the current lifetime that seem to have origins in suffering experienced in previous lifetimes. Past physi-cal trauma seems to have present physical residue.”

When Frank saw Clio inhaling the burning ash into his lungs, he made the connection that his present day asthma stemmed from his past-life death from suffocation. That real- ization may only have surfaced in this lifetime because Frank is similar to Clio in

50 THEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

Both studied esoteric truths and both saw themselves as mentors or teachers, sharing that wisdom for the common good. Clio did this with his prophecies. Frank does it with his books and lectures.

Cayce (3313-1) said, “Karma is cause oft of hereditary conditions so called. Then indeed does the soul inherit that it has builded in its experience with its fellow man in material re-lationships.”

The physical karma that Frank acquired was based on Clio’s view of his death by suffoca-tion as a punishment because he was care-less in the way he used his gift. To tran- scend that karma, Frank is more careful about how he shares his wisdom, hesitant to move for-ward too quickly or aggres- sively as Clio did.“Everything we suffer from helps us to remem-ber a hid- den part of ourselves,” Frank said. “The asthma was tied in with the guilt, so they are logically and emotionally con- nected.”

I asked Frank how our regression session compared to the sessions he had years ear-lier. He admitted he was “so different a person now than I was then, that it is very hard to compare the two [sessions]. That one started me on a path; this one seems to have trans-formed my physical life. Whether, I had a strong physical reaction as well, I can’t recall. Although I cannot prove that the session is the cause, the fact is that I have not had any difficulty with asthma in the time since. The understanding, linked with feeling, seems to be have resolved a long-term health problem.”

Frank said he was impressed with the informa-tion I acquired on his behalf. “It clarified thingsI had felt before but hadn’t linked up in my mind. This is a very valuable technique that should be developed and promoted at large.”

An Excerpt from A Journey to Oneness

Oneness Speaks about the

State of our World

By Rasha

52 THEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

In A Journey to Oneness—the long-awaited sequel to the underground spiritual classic, Oneness—Divine Messenger, Rasha, takes us along on a seven-year odyssey through the labyrinths of consciousness, as she shares the incredible story of her own spiritual journey. With the profound wisdom of One-ness (the Divine Presence often referred to as “God”) to light the way, A Journey to Oneness takes us for an authentic ride on the roller-coaster of spiritual transformation and gives us the tools to radically change our lives—and transform our world.

This vivid, literary tapestry chronicles a mind’s probing questions about what is ac-tually happening as it slowly unravels and shifts into a higher octave of perception—documents the astounding answers as they emerge from within—and weaves it all seam-lessly with the poetry and rapture of Divine Union. As Oneness helps Rasha circumnavi-gate the potholes along the road to “freedom,” the reader is given a vibrant new vision of the nature of humanness, and in-depth guide to discovering the Divinity within.

Here is an excerpt from A Journey to One-ness. This passage was transcribed in the fall of 2003, and it is just as relevant to the state of our world today as it was then. This guidance, directed to Rasha, was clearly meant for us all!

“An indefinable sense of impending change hovered over me in those final days in America. And at a deeper level, I knew that the imminent shift in energy I was tuning in to wasn’t something limited to my own per-sonal situation. I had the sense that it signified something infinitely more far-reaching than the radical changes I knew were taking place within the context of the identity I’d always thought of as “me.” There was the palpable sense that my own personal identity was but a miniscule speck

of dust, along for the ride, within the vastness of a far greater agenda that was simultane-ously taking place. The identity to which I’d attached such importance, and which was systematically unraveling before my very eyes, was quite literally only a minute drop within the ocean of Oneness—one that mir-rored the momentum of change that steadily engulfs us all. Oneness spoke to that sense of silent real-ization with a teaching that addressed the impending world events that would soon be transforming life as we’d come to know it. It was an affirmation for me of the validity of all I had come to understand about the na-ture of these times, and the role the spiritually awakened amongst us were destined to play in the drama.

Oneness speaks:Oneness gives an alert about the state of the world situation Your world stands on the brink of radical change now. Events will begin to transpire that will change the nature of how you per-ceive your world and your place within it. Many will be inclined to give in to fear and mass hysteria will prevail in many parts of your world as the illusion of life as you know it careens out of control. You will be a vehicle for hope and for the messages of faith that will bring a sense of sanity to all that may soon come to be.

You have the sense that change is imminent, and rightly so. There will be incidents of far-reaching consequence that will plunge the world into upheaval. There will be unspeak-able suffering in many parts of your world, as the acceleration of the energies all around you reach peak levels. Many will be inclined to panic and will point to ancient “End-times” prophesies that herald an end to life as you know it.

Rasha is a modern-day spiritual Messen-ger, she has worked as a courier of Divine guidance for over twenty years.

In February 1998, she began a profound dialogue with the universal Presence, “Oneness”─ the Divinity we all share. Word for word, Rasha transcribed the principles that give us a new level of understanding of the mystery we call “life.” Theses teachings empower us to take a quantum leap into our own inner depths and totally transform our lives ─ and our world.

Rasha is author of the spiritual classic, Oneness, Rasha has worked as Divine Messenger for over 25 years.

Let the doomsayers have their say. Do not attempt to inhibit them. For, in voicing of that perspective, the energies that fuel the fears that underlie it will have the opportunity to be vented and released. This is an inevita-ble by-product of the events that will come to pass. Wisdom will be provided from many sources that will act as a balm to the wounds that will have been left raw and exposed by misguided thinking on the part of world lead-ership.

The wisdom that will be provided by this Source will reach the hearts of many and will help those who have recognized the path of spiritual self-empowerment to come into the fullness of their Realization. Many of these newly awakened ones will feel very alone in their process during these times of radi-cal global transformation. This is a necessary part of the process of spiritual unfoldment, and will be taking place during extraordinary and radically accelerated conditions. You will be serving as a lamplight for many of these beings by holding the energy of stability and fa-cilitating the emergence of wisdom from within the inner sanctums of those whose lives you touch.

The world population will weather the tri-als that are to come with questionable levels of skill. Most will give in to fear and will focus on the details of the immediate illusion. Out-rage will fuel the impetus toward retaliation and much human suffering will be experienced in the process of these expressions of politi-cal bravado. The face of ego and separation will be given full opportunity to vent itself and ultimately, will be reduced to ash. Only then can the sacred essence that underlies All That Is rise from the ashes like the phoenix and prevail here on this earthly plane.

The terror that is the inevitable consequence of spiritual myopia will have ample opportu-nity to express itself through the conscious-ness present and through the events that give

definition to these releases of energy on a global scale. Allow these scenarios the grace of playing out to their inevitable conclusion. For, in the aftermath of this great release of repressed force, the Divine Essence that is the true nature of all that comprise the collective consciousness co-creating these events will have the opportunity to be revealed.”

Abundance and Health

Manifestationby Dr. Joe Gallenberger

art by Jimmy Lawlor

57 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

Using PK energy for manifestation can also has the characteristic of seeing results oc-cur instantly. But in the case of manifestation versus PK or healing, it often does take a bit more time. Achieving a manifestation where you are dissolving a previous painful pattern and substituting a new positive pattern can take weeks or years. It can also take months or years for some dramatically life-changing patterns to manifest, particularly when they involve other people. For example, if you have been in a painful relationship and now want to manifest the ideal soul mate, many things might have to change within your per-sonality and circumstances, including the healing of your previous relationship experi-ence, so that fear and anger are melted. Then the timing needs to be orchestrated ideally by the universe for you both to meet.

An advantage of manifestation work is that for things that are important to you, the motivation to succeed is high. Another ad-vantage is that often the universe cooperates with you strongly, if what you desire will be something that expands your growth and has positive impact on others. There is also the advantage that it is often easier to visual-ize just what success can look and feel like, particularly if it is something as concrete as a new car. As mentioned in MC² we do trea-sure maps that put in pictorial form just what we want to manifest. Often we receive reports that everything on the map has been mani-fested in a few months.

Manifestation work has its own unique chal-lenges. First, you must have the concept of what you desire and that it is possible to achieve it. Remember the story of the fellow visualizing and then getting a lucra-tive job working just three months a year. First he had to expand his idea of work to include such a possibility. Another chal-lenge can be to feel deserving of the posi-tive manifestation. Here, think of becom-ing famous or wealthy, well beyond our past experience or the experience of our fam-ily and friends. Fear of change in any form

is also a challenge because it presents us with the unknown and a divergence from our comfortable (or not so comfortable, but at least familiar) status quo. For manifestation to occur your desire has to be greater than your fear, and often the speed of manifestation relates to just how much higher your desire is than your fear. The issue of oth-er people’s agenda tends to be present more in manifestation work than healing work, in that, as we become different or have an obvi-ous run of great fortune, other people around may be more uncomfortable with the change, than if we have headaches and use energy healing to alleviate them.

Popularized by the movie, The Bucket List, people are making a list of things that they want to experience before finishing this incarnation. Being a teacher of manifesta-tion skills, it is interesting to see these lists because they suggest what people would most like to create. While people often say in casual conversation that they would like to manifest a new car, house, etc., on their bucket lists, usually there are no such things. Rather, bucket lists include expe-riences such as running a marathon, or learning to paint. This indicates to me that experiences are treasured more highly than things. People understand that happiness and feelings of aliveness are more likely to be supported by experience versus posses-sions.

I wonder if this can be deepened further. How about considering qualities of being for one’s bucket list and then making them the direct and clear target of our manifesta-tion practice? Increased happiness, deeper unconditional love toward ourselves and others, greater trust, and many more life-enhancing qualities can be exciting manifesta-tion targets.

For ideas on what to manifest at your bucket list level one can look to inspirational texts. As previously mentioned, Emerson defined

58 THEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

a successful life as follows: “To laugh of-ten and much; to win the respect of intelli-gent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends; to ap-preciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.”

The task is to translate this lofty statement into practicality. For example, a business part-ner shared with me that as a frequent traveler, he transforms his airport experiences from the usual hectic and hassled event by seeing to whom he can be of even small service, rais-ing his own energy by helping others.

There are many sources for ideas for your deeper bucket list, helping you answer the query, “What would I really like to experience in this life?” Here is an example from The Deserata (desired things), a 1927 prose poem by American writer Max Erhman.

“Go placidly amid the noise and haste . . . As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons . . . Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and dis-enchantment it is as perennial as the grass . . Be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.”

You are free in this incarnation to focus upon and create whatever you desire. There is nothing wrong with material things, but mak-ing a bucket list might lead you to even more fulfilling creations. You can use the tech-niques and principles that I have mentioned with a high degree of success for the gamut of blessings available to us during this pre-cious physical life, including the deeper things such as increased personal happiness.

With all this talk about abundance I do not mean to imply that all circumstances of life are meant to be a bed of roses. Even roses have thorns. But we can use the same skills used in abun-dance creation to flow through the hard parts of life more quickly, consciously, and soulfully. Ad-versity can be a rich source for deepening our understanding and appreciation of ourselves, our loved ones, and of the world.

Just as I did with PK and healing I would like to end this section by offering some brief mani-festation guidelines.

Joe’s Manifestation Tips• Before starting, invite your intentions to have surprisingly positive results. Be open to the delightfully unexpected.

• View the physical world as delicate and changeable—and the spiritual world as solid, strong, real, and constant. Spirit is the foundation from which to change the physi cal.

• Manifestation power is enhanced by ener gy. Raise a high energy through open-heart ed gratitude, and praise yourself, all others, and the universe.

• Affirm that “I am in brother-sisterhood with all, I release all supplication and victim en ergy—I now grow up and claim my power.”

• Being well-grounded is a key secret to strong creation. Bring your spirit fully into your body, suffuse your body with energy and light, encourage your body and emotions to speak to you freely, fully feel your connec tion with the earth, and receive her sacred energy—so that you are fully spirit and flesh at the same time.

• Form your goal. Visualize what would make your heart sing without being held back by limits.See and feel your dream as real right now, fully experiencing howlly experiencing

59 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

how good this manifestation will make you feel and how it will benefit others.

• Send your energy before you—affirming that synchronicity and intuition will take you toward your goal or something better.

• Detach from results with full trust that good ness will come to you and knowing that you are already are a sacred being to whom all good is available.

• Send positive energy to all others, seeing them in their maximum soul potential. Allow others to help and guide you. Be abundantly generous with yourself and others, and the universe will be generous with you. This includes being joyfully generous with your money, smiles, time, attention, and positive thoughts.

• Make sure that your desire to succeed is greater than your fear of failure. For exam ple, are you are more afraid of being jobless than you desire the best job in the universe for you? Fear truly is a prayer for what you do not want. Remember: Fear is expensive and love is priceless—choose wisely.

• Fear in all its forms, from procrastination, boredom, doubt, cynicism, impatience, self-criticism, laziness, etc. can be very challenging to release especially if it is held in life-long patterns. Use meditation, friends, coaches, and workshops to help you iden tify and release these limits.

• Refresh your energy and repeat your vi sualizations organically when it feels right. Obsessing about this through over-repeti tion implies lack of trust and is counterpro ductive.

• Happy Manifesting!

PROTECT YOUR KINGDOM OF LIGHTWITH SACRED OFFERINGS

By Peace Mother Geeta Sacred Song

Based on excerpts from The Impeccable Warrior of Light

61 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM ♥ April 2015

Sacred Offerings are a Time-honored way for communicating with the unseen worlds. All Indigenous cultures make Holy Offerings to Mother Earth, praising the Earth Forces that Compassionately allow us to stay alive. The Ancestors and Celestial realms, which also provide us caring Protection and Guidance, are praised as well, as we bestow gifts to demon-strate our Grand Appreciation.

Although there are many traditions that teach exact rituals for Sacred Offerings…I feel any gift presented with Love and Respect is Joy-fully received by the Compassionate Celestial and Terrestrial Forces. What the Legions of Light receive from you at the mo-ment of presenting your gifts, is the vibration you are emanating while making the benefac-tion. Even if you do not speak the prescribed or traditional words ‘correctly’ when you ap-proach the Benevolent Energies of the Uni-verse, what They sense is your Love, Rever-ence, and desire to communicate with Their world.

Offerings can be elaborate or they can be as simple as lighting a candle or incense stick. Other simple gifts can be flowers, chocolate, nuts, fruit, grains or other sweets. The Impec-cable Warrior of Light book and Training pro-vide you diverse ways to connect with Grace, and I encourage you to listen to your Sacred Heart and act on your Divine Inspiration to know when and how to offer sustenance to the Legions of Light. Let your Creativity flow with countless Beauty-full ways to donate gifts to the Universe and the innumerable ingredients you can implement in your Holy Ceremony.

AUSPICIOUS TIMES FOR OFFERINGS Although there is merit to the idea of aligning with the strong wave of Devotion to the Light that Spiritual festivals and Holy days can pro-vide…any day and every moment is the Perfect moment to offer a prayer, song, dance, sound or any other sacred ingredient, in recognition of the Compassionate Forces that support

your Sacred Journey here on the Radiant Mother Planet. In the same way that you eat every day, it is also wise to feed the Loving Forces that protect and defend you, with at least one offering per day.

In the same way that you devote so much Attention to your material world and all your material projects, it is equally important, if not more, to be cognizant of the Divine Source that created it all.

You can create long offering rituals on days when time allows for immersing yourself in your Spiritual practices, while delivering short Ceremony at times when your schedule is hectic. Honoring rituals can be offered any-where, anytime. The important element is the consistency of Devotion and Reverence you communicate to the Celestial and Earth Forces who Love and sustain you.

PROTECT THE KINGDOM:Your mind, body, spirit and home are all parts of your Holy Temple...and your Life, as well as the Lives of those in your home space, are considered your Kingdom. You are the stew-ard of the Temple/Kingdom and it is your duty to defend it each day, with all your Goodness, Strength and Wisdom. Through your Sacred Offerings, you invoke the Light and Compas-sion of the Universe into your Temple/King-dom. Through your Loving actions you solidify your connection with your Divine Protectors, installing a circle of Spiritual Protection for your Temple/Kingdom.

Imagine that through your Sacred Offerings you are calling in the Temple Guards…that you are placing your Warriors of Light at their posts to defend you against invasion by evil forces. On the days when your schedule seems overflowing with activity, you can make quick offerings, such as lighting a candle or pre-senting the Holy Water Offering described in The Impeccable Warrior of Light book.

CONSISTENCY IS A VITAL DISCIPLINEIf you find yourself rushing out of the house without having fed the Compassionate Forces that protect your Temple/Kingdom, you can still quickly nourish your Divine Connection by acknowledging the Light Forces from wherever you are. While driving, or in-between engaging in other activities, you can take a few minutes to Praise your Spirit Guides and invoke the Triumphant Light Forces to be present in All realities, moments and ways.

Through mental remembrance, visualization or verbally installing the Guardian of Light Energies, you are Honoring those Benevolent Forces. In so doing, you are establishing Spiritual Protection for your mind, body, Spirit home and work space, which is a vital Disci-pline to commit to. Once you commit to it, you will find a way to follow-through every day...and that consistency will have a Golden affect on all areas of your Life.

DON’T BE A SLAVE TO “TRADITION”, CHOOSE FREEDOMThe Impeccable Warrior of Light is a prac-tical being...drawing from the past, but not allowing themselves to be imprisoned by it. Warriors of Light do not live chained to dry, rigid, intellectual theories. Instead, through daily practice, we are All-Ways learning and growing. By adapting our practices according to what is working for us now, at this moment, we constantly expand our Wisdom. Connect-ing to your Source is the Key...Discover what works Best for you.

Experiment....choose Freedom from any men-tal inprisonment, by creating diverse ways to activate and Strengthen your Connection to Spirit. A Wise being realizes that whatever ritual was conducted yesterday, was just one moment in an Eternal stream of moments. Whatever seemed appropriate in the past, was accepted at that time...however, today is the only moment that matters now....and we must continually question what is appropriate at this moment.

Wisdom is Love...Love is Wisdom...and your Sacred Temple of the Heart contains Infinite Love-Wisdom. Let your Love-Wisdom flow-wwwwwwwww! By infusing all your gifts to the Compassionate Universe with your Lumi-nous Love, you shall be celebrated by the Le-gions of Light...and They will shower you with Their Bliss, flooding you with waves of Joy-full Peace .

Sobriety & Spirituality

Here and there, once in a while, alcohol-ics have had what are called vital spiritual experiences. To me these are phenomena. They appear to be in the nature of huge emotional displacements and rearrange-ments. Ideas, emotions, and attitudes which were once the guiding forces of the lives of these men are suddenly cast to one side, and a completely new set of con-ceptions and motives begin to dominate them... Psychoanalyst-Carl Jung, 1961

Every year around the time that I had my last drink I can’t help but reflect upon how it is that I have managed to remain sober along with millions of others while there are those who continue to struggle. There is no set answer, and no guarantee of what to-morrow might bring. I can only speak of my personal experi-ence, it is my belief that without a strong spiritual connection and an “awakening” if you will, I would not have been able to get sober and most definitely would have no chance of remaining that way.

Trying to describe what a spiritual awak-ening is presents many challenges, espe-cially since it is completely unique to the individual having the experience. For me it was not a matter of developing a belief in God/A Higher Power or The Universe. I have been fascinated by the wonders of creation for as long as I can remember. I have read the sacred texts of many reli-gions and ultimately came to believe that no one religion was the way. That ultimate-ly whatever the path is that one chooses to follow what matters is the connection they established with something greater, a faith, a belief that provides comfort and for me most importantly hope. Hope that things can change, that people can change and there is support to achieve this change.

Recently in the news a debate has begun be-tween those that feel that in order to achieve sobriety individuals need to take a more scien-tific approach rather than a spiritual one. What I have yet to hear is a conversation rather than an argument that melds the two, science and spirituality. It would seem to me that there is room for belief in both. The facts of science do not need to be disputed in order to allow room for spiritual beliefs. Science is verifiable, there are set facts and figures that can be measured and replicated. Spirituality is quite the opposite, a force and phenomenon that is forever chang-ing, ever growing. They don’t need to compete since they are not alike, but rather in an inde-scribable way can work together to comple-ment and complete the other in order to fill in the blanks where one might feel the other is lacking.

Logic and reason can take one only so far, for years my mind knew what I was but it wasn’t until my heart jumped in the game that my life began to change. When I could sense a power greater than myself carrying me further than my will and drive could bring me and I realized that the spirit of the universe cared for me in a way that I was unable to care for myself. It is through continued prayer, meditation and reflection on spiritual things that my life has become rich and has remained alcohol free. For me, alco-hol was a barrier to my spiritual life. My mind was clouded and veiled, unable to access the indescribable Grace of the I Am presence. If I had to suggest “how” this can happen it would be to say, remain open and willing, there is no need to leave science behind in order to make spirituality a part of your life. Trust that the uni-verse continues to conspire for your greatest good, change is possible and miracles do hap-pen. One of the miracles for me has been a life of sobriety, a life unlike one I thought possible and one that I personally attribute to a spiritual phenomenon that allowed me to begin my life anew.

My Beloved Children,Happiness flows from my heart to yours at this glorious time, as the birthing of new seeds of potentials begin to unfold into the blossoms that will light the days of your many tomorrows.

block you from living the dreams of your heart in joy and wonder.

The New Earth energies will support you in this in every way. Take time to ponder on these words and bring yourself into your heart where you can more easily connect to the truth of what I am sharing with you.

Imagine what joy this will bring to you my sweet ones, as you entertain thoughts which will lighten your heart and bring you a sense of self that can only be described as wondrous. Indeed, this is a time of great wonder as you are living your part of the great shift upon our blessed Gaia.

Take some time to dream big. As you dream, allow yourself to see beyond the constraints of past experiences. Begin to focus ever more on the now moment. As you practice being pres-ent, your awareness of the blessings of the now moment will unfold to you. Mastering this way of centering your mind into the stillness of the now moment is the way to bring greater peace into your life experience

While you are centered in the present moment, dream your dreams of future experiences and expressions that will delight your heart. Then take action to fulfill those dreams. It begins with the vision, the thoughts to fuel it and then taking inspired action to create those realities.

Know that everything is fluid and in process of change and greater change. It is your di-vine nature to evolve and develop greater and greater awareness of your true self and all that is possible. It is in this process of devel-oping your mastery which allows you to begin to explore more of all that you are possible of creating to experience and enjoy.

Life is a gift and a blessing, an opportunity to experience and express as your individuated self. You are unique and yet you are always connected to the oneness. In knowing this truth, you will begin to feel even a greater sense of yourself and your divine nature. The vision of yourself will begin to expand and become so delightful that you will be living in a state of wonderment and joy.

As you continue on your life’s journey, I recom-mend choosing pathways of honor and grace. Be kind and loving to yourself in all ways. Let go of the old stories of the past, the old expe-

riences of less ness and limitations or judg-ing yourself as less than perfect. Bless the old stories, as they have offered opportunities to live, grow and experience. Now in your choos-ing, you are ready to move beyond them to experience in new and greater ways. It is a new phase of your grand adventure which you have been preparing for, dreaming of and now are ready.

There are many great ones here to assist you through these times of great transfor-mation. Call upon your angels, masters and guides. They love you and are ready to as-sist you, as you choose.

There are also many great tools available for you to choose from which can assist you in letting go of any and all limiting thoughts and beliefs that would seem to thwart you from realizing easily your desires of heart. There are tools that can open up your conscious-ness and assist you in becoming aware of your innate gifts and abilities, rediscovering your divine birthright which is available to each and every one. With intention you may ask to be guided to these tools.

The world is shifting within this new playing field to reflect A New World, a world which offers all of the abundance of blessings, allowing each to live their dreams in peace, joy and freedom. It is for each to choose. What would you like your reality to be? Do you want to ride the waves of light into greater illumination and awareness of spirit?

When you make lighter choices, you will experience sweet peace and greater eleva-tion for yourself. As you release from the old stories and embrace greater light, you also assist the collective of earth to rise up to recognize more truth, elevating all of humanity into realms of greater under-standing and wisdom.

MAKE A WISH

The other day I was asked that if I could make one wish, what would it be. At first, like all things, one feels they know EXACTLY what they would wish for....money, good health, Love, etc....but I suddenly found that I just could not make only ONE wish!

So many thoughts ran thorough my head regarding what would be the BEST WISH! I first thought possibly money would be THE wish, for without money to buy things and take care of ourselves and others, many ruin their good health and even lose their families because of a lack of food, shelter, etc. But of course my next thought was how even though countless people do have mon-ey, many are completely miserable (some-times even committing suicide!), or overdos-ing on drugs due to their addictions because of their unhappiness; so difficult and sad their lives seem to be for them.

by Ellen Angelica Pendergast

art by http://antaratma.photoshelter.com/

Suddenly good health seemed the wish I considered, and then I realized that even with good health (and money), most people are so lonely without Love. Love then seemed to be the one thing I would always wish for; in other words, to Love and to be Loved. BUT, suddenly I realized that even with Love, if money issues and/or bad health are present, how could one even enjoy Love to the fullest? Most importantly, it certainly would be much more difficult to enhance another’s life if one was in bad health or lacked financial means to keep both themselves and their Loved ones, stress-free. A realization then occurred, and I gratefully understood why this was all so difficult to decide! And the reason is this: We cannot be satisfied with one wish! The interest-ing part is that it is not for the reason one would think (selfishness, being confused, etc.). Rath-er it is because we are a three in One Being...we are Mind, Body, and Spirit! And in that we must have all three in balance to be hap-py. For our bodies, we must have good health to enjoy our lives to the fullest. We also must have financial security of some kind in order to eat, have shelter, and to enjoy experiences in our lives such as holidays, vacations; even buying our loved ones things that enhance their lives, which helps keep our mind in a state of peace. And then, finally Love, for our Soul, for without that, the others cannot help us reach that state to make our health and financial security worthwhile.

Life is balance, and when all three aspects of our Being are in balance, so are we....as quoted in a book, called ‘The Secret,’ by Rhonda Bryne, some say they are spiritual, but they are sick and broke, and that is not wealth nor spirituality; nor is it balance. We must have all three aspects of who we Really Are satisfied, and the only way to experience that is to declare it as a truth that we deserve it. Why? Because we BREATHE! We are ALL magnificent, sacred designs of the Universe, and are born with that right! We are also three in one, and the first step to balance is to acknowledge THAT!

So, remember, never be afraid to give your-self EVERYTHING you have ever wanted in your life. As God is All Love, in truth, there is really no other way that it would, or ever could be! All are worthy to be in balance, to be happy, and to have ALL their ‘wishes’ come true!

Blessings!
