Please find attached for your information and further handling the 2008-2011 TransportationImprovement Program (TIP) Amendment Numbers 104, 112 and 116 as well as an updatedfinancial summary. Please include these amendments in the April 2009 Out of Cycle StatewideTransportation Improvement Program (STIP) Revision. DCIS has been updated to reflect thesechanges.

These amendments will not change the conformity for both volatile organic compounds andoxides of nitrogen of the amended Regional Transportation Plan.

This submittal reflects the action taken by the Transportation Policy Council at its March 27, 2009 meeting. Included in this submittal are:

• Resolution No. 2035-17-RTP - approves Amendments 104 and 116 • Amendment 104 – FY 2009 program of projects for STP-MM funds • Amendment 116 – FY 2009 program of projects for CMAQ funds • Resolution No. 2035-18-RTP – approves the transit allocations and projects for Section 5307/5340

American Recovery and Reinvestment (ARRA) funds • Amendment 117 – Programs ARRA funds for the Small Urban Area providers in the Houston

Transportation Management Area (TMA) • Amendment 118 – Programs Section 5307/5340 ARRA funds for the Houston Urbanized Area • Amendment 112- Administrative amendment to change the funding source for two projects
