Those who desire the immunization should consult with their physicians regarding its necessity before receiving treatment. Subsidies are provided for a single vaccination and can only be accepted during the 2018 fiscal year. Period Apr. 1 st 2018 (Sun.) - Mar. 31 st 2019 (Sun.) Pneumococcal Vaccinations for the Elderly< 高齢者用肺炎球菌の予防接種 >

Requesting Cooperation in the Comprehensive Survey of Living Conditions< 国民生活基礎調査へのご協力をお願いします >

A survey on status of health, medical care, welfare, pension, and income will be conducted, targeting approximately 360 households within the six wards of the city. The survey results will be used by the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare as comprehensive data in the future. Surveyors will visit to distribute and collect survey forms on June 7th (Thu.) for the household survey and July 12th (Thu.) for the income survey. We ask for your cooperation in their work.
