April 28, 2019 Our worship...
Sunday Morning Bible Class…. Arrty Rude will be finishing up teaching the Adult Bible class soon. Thank you, Arrty! Mike Swaim will be teaching next about the how the church handles traditions (sounds interesting).
Senior Saint’s Spring Fling… May 18th Here at the building. Potluck and Fun Spring Inspired Activities! Plan on attending!
Men’s Event… The Northside Church of Christ in Spokane Men’s spiritual growth weekend scheduled for June 7-8 has been cancelled.
Highway Clean Up… It’s time again for our Adopt-a-Highway Clean Up. We need all the help we can get. Mark your calendars for May 11th, 10am to 12pm.
Thanks to everyone who helped last week… We had a wonderful Easter Sunday, in part because of all the volunteers who helped with special projects. Special thanks to Georgette Rude and all who worked with the Sunrise Service; and to Keith Fredrikson, Patty Welter, and all who worked on the “Big Breakfast.” The response from guests was very positive.

UPDATE:
Gordon Parmenter’s memorial was held for an over-flow crowd yesterday at the Salmon Arm Community Center. The church will not be allowed to meet in their building for at least 5 weeks; it is now considered a bio hazard due to all the blood loss. The floor has been
taken up to be destroyed and they hope their insurance will cover all the damage. A movie theater has made an auditorium available for the church’s use at no charge. The elders there have reached out to us, asking for our prayers as they work through this difficult reality. Please pray for the Salmon Arm church and for Gordon’s wife, Peggy.

Our Girls & Guys Groups meet on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30pm. These groups are open to all 6th-12th grade students… and your friends are ALWAYS welcome to come too! The girls meet at The Donut House on Government Way, and the guys meet at the Riverstone McDonalds.
XENOS YOUTH RALLY
R E C H A R G E All 6th-12th grade students are encouraged to join us for this Youth Rally at the Puffer Butte Lodge (west of Clarkston, WA) NEXT weekend. We will leave the Barn
on Friday at 4:00pm and get back home around 4:00pm on Sunday. Registration forms and a list of what to
bring can be picked up from the Youth Board.
