PURCHASING DEPARTMENT

Departments that wish to make purchases with current fiscal year funds, must submit approved purchase requisitions (105-25) to the Purchasing Office before the following deadlines: March 30, 2009 - Goods/Services $50,000 or greater April 20, 2009 - Goods/Services $5,000 – less than $50,000 May 08, 2009 - Goods/Services less than $5,000 The last day to order using your Bank of America Visa Corporate Purchasing Card is May 29, 2009. Purchases made after this date could be paid from the next fiscal year’s budget. Although these deadlines should allow sufficient time for processing orders and take delivery of goods and/or services, there is no guarantee that payment will be made from this fiscal year’s funds. Purchase requisitions received after the dates listed above could be processed as next fiscal year’s orders.
