Verify that all your information is correct in the account information. If anything is wrong please select edit account and edit the account.

If none of the statements apply you will need to input the information about one your parents/guardians

Select the box that applies to your current mailing address

Checking this box will automatically input the address you wrote in for the OpenCCC application

You may need to verify your address after clicking “continue”. If it is correct, click “The address is correct”

For college enrollment status select “Enrolling in high school (or lower grade) and college at the same time

High school education will automatically select “Will be enrolled in high school (or lower grade) and college at the same time for you

Check the “I attended high school box”

Select the county and state of the high school you most recently attended

Type in the name of the high school you attend and select the school from the pop-up list

Indicate if you have completed your junior year of high school. If “no” is selected you will move on to the next question

If “yes” is selected, you will need to fill in your cumulative GPA, and select the highest math and English courses you completed.

You will also need to select the grade you received for these math and English courses

For the Colleges/Universities attended question, select “none” if you have not attended any other college.

If you took dual/concurrent enrollment courses at any other community college, select the number of previous colleges you took these courses at

For the College Education question select “No degree”

Select your citizenship status. Any option other than “U.S. Citizen” will require additional information about that selection

Select your U.S. military status here. If none of the items apply to you, select “None apply to me”

Select yes or no if you were homeless at any point in the last two years

Select yes or no if you have been in foster care

Select “Yes” if your parent or guardian has lived in CA continuously since 8/21/18, select “No” if they lived elsewhere during this time

Select whether or not you are comfortable reading/writing English

Select yes or no if you or your family receive any assistance benefits

Select no for the athletic interest question since high school students are exempt from participating in athletics

Check any programs or services that you may be interested in. If you are not interested in any, skip this portion by selecting the blue continue button

Select the gender you identify as

Select the education level of at least one of your parents or guardians. If you are unsure, select “Unknown”

Select all of the race/ethnicities that you identify as

Optional: select specific ancestry groups from the major ethnicity groups you selected

Check all of the assistance benefits that you or your family receive.

If none, skip this question

Select yes or no for the following three questions

Make sure you review all of your information for accuracy
