Applicative Manufacturing Process on Bakeware Using the Technology of High Pressure Brick Machine Tsu-Wu Hu Shin-Tai Chu Ku-His Chu Department of Industrial Design, Chaoyang University of Technology (Date Received:October 31, 2017;Date Accepted:December 25, 2018) Abstract By cooperating with Da He Shun Brick Works Co., Ltd., the use of traditional ceramic bricks has been redefined so that the original production mode and raw material application for building materials and public landscapes can only be transformed into innovative product _________________________________________________________________________________ 55 設計與環境學報第19期,2018

Abstract
By cooperating with Da He Shun Brick Works Co., Ltd., the use of
traditional ceramic
bricks has been redefined so that the original production mode and

development and new processing technology models. The focus of this
research implementation
is twofold:one is the use of the original factory high-pressure
brick machine (the equipment is
specialized to suppress the brick surface texture pattern of
equipment), research and innovation
applied in the people's livelihood products, make products more
diverse. Another, by this
research to change the integration of high-pressure brick machine
technology, including:
1.Stamping technology, 2. Mould technology, 3.Sintering technology,
4.Clay formula
technology. So that a special brick-making machines, and thus can
be applied to the
development and application of more products on the life of
pottery, bring a different niche. In
this study, the design and development of multi-functional baking
pan set for pottery was
completed through the development and design of new high-pressure
brick making machine
and the addition of ceramic soil material with heat shock
resistance. At present, there are no
high-pressure brick machine technology and ceramic clay raw
materials for R&D and
production. This niche will become the main competitive advantage
of the product. This
research has the following innovations: 1. Improved materials and
technology combined to
create new value for traditional brick machine. 2. External
importance of ceramic culture
heritage and creative activation; internal upgrade in the estate
industry diversification and
market expansion. 3. The diversification of industrial
applications, the establishment of the
company's unique brand and product characteristics. 4. The
integration of process design, so
that the use of ceramic baking pan is not the same as the new
style.
