The Delta GEMS is a mentoring and leadership program for high school girls

(14-18), offering career planning and resources for a pathway to college.

It includes activities that provide guidance, self-esteem building and

helping with individual growth.

*Assist in planning for their futures in high school and beyond; *Create compassionate, caring, and community-minded young women by actively involving them in service learning and community service opportunities.
