Stage Two:

We have now sent you an offer for your chosen accommodation. Please use the link we

have provided in your offer email to access the University of London accommodation portal.

The first time you visit the accommodation portal you need to select New User and confirm

your personal details (screenshot provided below). Once you have done this you can login

via the usual login page any time your return to the eHalls portal.

When you have registered as a new user and confirmed your personal details you will

receive an automated email from [email protected] containing a confirmation code.

Please follow the instructions within this email and use the link provided.

After you have entered your confirmation code – which confirms your email address – you

may need to wait up to 5 minutes before returning to your application and logging in. You

can log in using the web address below:

http://www.halls.london.ac.uk/Apply/

When you log back into your account (your username is your email address), the status of your application will be displayed i.e. offered, and the period in which you have to complete this stage of the application i.e. 2 days. Please ensure that you complete this stage of the application in the time period you have been given to avoid disappointment. Rooms will be remarketed and offered to other students if you fail to complete your application within the allotted period.

Select Proceed to Offer to view the details of the accommodation you have applied for:

- property, arrival and departure dates (tenancy start and end), the cost per night, a breakdown of your rent payments, your deposit amount, and application fee. If all of the information appears correct select Proceed to Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the page.

You will then be directed to the page below. Please read over the information provided tick that you have read, understood, and accept the terms laid out and select Continue at the bottom of the page. You can return and review you offer details through the link at the bottom of the page should you like to.

You will now be directed to a page with a summary of the payments you are due to make

and information regarding your deposit return at the end of your tenancy. Please read over

the information provided and tick that you have read, understood, and accept the terms

that are laid out before selecting Continue at the bottom of the page.

You will now be directed to a page detailing the total you need to pay: click Continue to

proceed to the payments page where you are asked to enter the details of the debit or

credit card that you would like to pay with and also your billing address.

*Please note: your billing address must be the address that your card is registered too.

Select Continue to proceed to a summary of your payment details – check the details are

correct and then select Pay Now to make your payment.

When you have made your payment and we have received confirmation of it we’ll email you

your tenancy agreement to sign online: this is the final stage of the application process.
