To: Engr. Ardielie A. Ambrosio City Engineer City Engineer’s Office City Hall, Roxas city

Sir; This is in connection with the old House which was built on lot, Lot 207, located at Inzo Arnaldo

Village, Roxas City. The aforementioned building was dilapidated and Termite infested and thus it poses danger to the Public.

In view of this, I would like to apply for a Demolition permit so I can demolish the said building the soonest time possible.

I am hoping that this request be given immediate response. Thank you so much and more power to the City engineer’s family. God Bless.
