Section 5: DECLERATION

1. We/I are jointly and severally liable for all fees and charges relating to our above child,whether or not he/she still attends the school.

2. We/I acknowledge responsibility for payment of fee accounts and confirm our ability to payfees which would be subject to an annual increase.

3. The fees for each term are due and payable in advance, at the time of registering the child.4. Should we/I not pay our/my account timeously, and the School, in their sole discretion,

decides to hand our/my account to their attorneys/court for collection, we/I will be liablefor collection commission and attorney and client costs thereon.

5. We/I will be held liable for legal fees, should they be incurred by the school in respect ofour/my non-compliance with the above conditions of entry.

6. Students are fully accountable for their conduct. They can be suspended or expelled from schoolfor misbehavior without refund. No smoking, Cell phones or texting is allowed in school.

7. I/We are aware that the school will constantly endeavor to take such steps as may reasonably berequired in the circumstances to do what it can to keep the pupil out of harm and free from loss.Subject to this, both parents jointly and severally waive their own claims and indemnify the school,its employees and service providers (for whom it may be found to be vicariously liable) against anyclaim of the pupil in respect of the event in question.

8. I/we acknowledge that while the school does its best to ensure the safety of each child’s life, healthand property, the school cannot be held responsible for any damage to these.

9. I/WE hereby indemnify and agree to keep indemnified Alnoor International School, the AlnoorBoard and employees, parents or agents of the school and the Board, and hold them harmlessagainst all and any loss, damage, expense or cost from any cause arising (which I or the pupil maysustain during the period for which the pupil is enrolled at Alnoor International School) whetherfrom bodily injury or loss or damage to property and whether or not such injury, loss or damage toproperty and whether or not such injury, loss or damage caused by the negligent acts or omission ofthe school, the Board or the employees, parents or agents of either the school or the Board.

In case of emergency I/we hereby grant permission to Alnoor International School to call the ambulance tomove the pupil to the nearest hospital.
