This form must accompany the B709 Individual/Business Non Dealer Application form and is used for obtaining policeconfirmation and certification for importation of category A, B or C firearms & firearm parts. Category C firearms are restricted
to those being imported for primary production only. Clay Target Category C firearms require approval from the AttorneyGeneral.If you are also importing ammunition, you must complete the Ammunition form, in addition to this form.
This form is interactive and may be completed electronically, printed, signed and returned with your B709 application form to:Coordinator Imports, Compliance and Intelligence Unit, Firearms Registry, by email to [email protected],
