When the site is opened in 2015, Apple intends paying workers $140 per month.  Apple will increase the wage by $8 every three years.

Examine the projected changes in minimum wage amounts (based on past trends and patterns) through the year 2025

Compare over time between the anticipated wages offered by Apple and the minimum wages of the supplier’s country

Summary

o Ayutthaya, Thailand is a nice place, but Apple won’t be able to pay minimum wage.

o It could still be beneficial for Apple to set up a factory here, but that is only as long as the workers don’t mind the pay.
