    APPLE BREAKFAST BREAD RECIPEIngredients:

    2 Apples (peeled, cored and chopped) 1 tsp Baking Soda

    1/2 tsp Salt

    1/2 cup Butter 1 cup Sugar 2 cups Flour

    1 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Cloves

    2 EggsHow to make Apple Breakfast Bread:

    Heat up the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease the loaf pan.

    Take a bowl; Stir butter and sugar (until smooth & creamy). Add beaten eggs.

    Take a separate bowl and mix flour, salt, cloves, baking soda and cinnamon. Add the flourmixture into butter mixture; until moistened. Toss apples and bake for an hour; allow the pan to

    cool for 15 minutes.

    APPLE TOAST RECIPE

    Ingredients:

    4 slices of Bread 3 Apples (peeled, cored, and sliced) 1/2 cup Sugar

    Melted Butter

    How to make Apple Toast:

    Grease a baking pan with butter and put the bread slices in it.

    Take a bowl and combine sugar and melted butter in it.

    Dip each slice of apple in the melted butter.

    Arrange slices of apple on top of slices of bread.

    Put baking pan in an oven.

    Let bake for about 10 minutes or until apple slices are brown andtender.

    CHEESE TOAST RECIPE

    Ingredients:

    2 Thick Bread Slices 100gm Cheese

    1 Medium Sized Tomato (thinly sliced) Salt as per taste

    Preheat the grill to its highest setting.

    Meanwhile slice the cheese into thin slices.

    Place the bread slices in a baking tray and put it in the grill.

    After 4-5 min, remove the bread slices from the tray.

    Now place the cheese slices on the bread slices.

    Add tomato slices over the cheese slices, sprinkle salt over it, and cover with the other breadslice.

    Put the above again in the heated grill until it turns golden brown.

    Take it out and serve with tomato sauce.

    EGG ROLL RECIPE

    Ingredients:

    1 cup Carrots (unpeeled and shredded) 1 cup Cabbage (shredded)

    1 cup Pod Peas (cut diagonally in thin strips) 3 cloves Garlic (crushed)

    1 medium Onion (finely diced) 8 Green Onions (sliced thin)

    cup Mushrooms (diced) cup Water Chestnuts (diced)

    cup Broccoli and Cauliflower Florets (broken into very small pieces) 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce/ Fish Sauce

    cup White Wine 1 tsp Pepper

    tsp Salt (or to taste) 1 tbsp Cornstarch

    25-30 Egg Roll Wrappers 2 tbsp Oil

    Oil (for deep frying)How to make Egg Roll:

    Heat oil in a large wok.

    Add garlic and saut to brown.

    Add onion and stir fry until transparent.

    Pour in Worcestershire sauce and add salt and pepper. Mix well. Add white wine and stir well. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

    Add carrots, cabbage, pod peas, green onions, mushrooms, water chestnuts, broccoli andcauliflower. Mix to blend well and cook till the vegetables turn tender.

    Dissolve cornstarch with 2 tbsp of water and add to the mixture.

    Cook the vegetables, constantly stirring, till the mixture thickens up.

    Remove the mixture from heat and allow it to cool.

    Place 2 to 3 tbsp of the mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.

    Roll up firmly to form rolls.

    Heat oil in a deep fryer.

    Place a few egg rolls in the fryer at a time.

    Fry until they turn brown.

    Remove and set aside.

    Repeat with the remaining egg rolls.

    Serve hot with sauce or chutney.

    FRENCH TOAST RECIPE

    Ingredients:

    12 Slices French Bread Cup milk

    1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon 4 Eggs

    tsp Vanilla Extract Butter

    Salt (as per taste) Pepper (as per taste)

    How to make French Toast:

    Mix milk, vanilla extract, salt, eggs and ground cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

    Dip bread in this mixture, such that it gets covered on both sides.

    Melt approx one tsp of butter in a large skillet, placed on medium flame.

    Shallow fry the bread in butter, until it becomes golden brown on both the sides.

    Serve French toast after sprinkling pepper on it, along with whipped butter (optional).

    Your yummy toast is ready.

    Continue the same procedure with the rest of the bread.

    FRIED EGG SANDWICH RECIPE

    Ingredients: 2 tsp Butter

    4 Eggs 4 slices American Cheese (processed)

    8 slices Bread (toasted) Salt and Pepper to taste

    2 tbsp Mayonnaise 2 tbsp Ketchup

    How to make Fried Egg Sandwich:

    Take a large skillet and melt butter over medium heat.

    Break eggs in it and cook.

    When the eggs are in the semi-cooked stage, add cheese.

    Once the cheese melts, divide the mixture into 4 parts. Spread a part of the prepared mixture

    on a toasted slice of bread. Repeat the same with the 3 other slices of bread.

    Season them with salt and pepper.

    Spread a layer of mayonnaise and ketchup on the remaining 4 slices of bread.

    Place them over the slices containing egg mixture.

    Serve warm.

    BANANA CUTLET RECIPE

    Ingredients:

    3 Raw bananas 1 Medium size potato

    1 tsp Amchur (dry mango powder) 4 Green chilies

    Salt to taste 2 tbsp Bread crumbs or granulated suji

    1 tbsp OilHow to make Banana Cutlet:

    Peel off raw bananas and potato.

    Put them in a pressure cooker to steam for 5 minutes on low flame.

    Cut green chilies into very small pieces.

    Smash steamed bananas & potato.

    Add amchur, salt, and green chilies to it.

    Mix it well.

    Now take a small portion of the mixture on palm and make roll of it (if the mixture is sticky,then apply little oil on palms).

    Press the roll slightly. Repeat the method for rest of the mixture.

    Put bread crumbs or granulated suji in a plate.

    Roll the cutlets in bread crumbs or suji.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow-fry the cutlets.

    Serve it hot with tomato sauce or mint sauce.

    CHEESE OMELET RECIPE

    Ingredients:

    1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated) 1 tbsp Parsley (finely chopped)

    1 tbsp Fresh Mint (finely chopped) 4 Eggs

    Salt and black pepper to taste 1/4 cup Milk

    1/4 cup Scallions (finely chopped) 2 tbsp Butter

    How to make Cheese Omelet:

    In a mixing bowl beat the eggs with the salt and pepper until it starts bubbling.

    Beat in the milk, mint, parsley, scallions, and cheese. In a heavy skillet melt the butter overmoderate heat.

    Pelt in the egg mixture and spread it out evenly.

    Reduce the heat to low and cover it fully and cook until the edges of the omelet begin to getfirm.

    Uncover and run a spatula around the edges to keep it from sticking to the pan.

    When the center of the omelet is almost firm, place a plate over the skillet and invert,dropping the omelet onto the plate.

    Gently slide it back into the pan, cover, and cook for a few minutes longer until theunderside is lightly browned.

    Slide out onto a serving plate, cut into wedges, and serve at once.

    EGG SANDWICH RECIPE

    Ingredients: 2 Slices dark rye bread, toasted 1 Large hard-boiled egg

    1 tbsp Green onion, chopped 2 tbsp Mayonnaise

    2 tbsp Celery, chopped 1 Leaf of lettuce

    Pepper and salt to tasteHow to make Egg Sandwich:

    Peel and chop the hard hard-boiled egg.

    Combine together the egg, mayonnaise, onion and celery, mix well.

    Add salt and pepper to it. Spread the egg mixture on the rye bread, add lettuce to it.

    Cut it in half and serve.

    SPANISH POTATO OMELET RECIPE

    Ingredients: cup Olive Oil

    pound Potatoes (thinly sliced) Salt (to taste)

    Pepper (to taste)

    1 large Onion (thinly sliced) 4 Eggs 2 Tomatoes (peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped)

    2 Green Onions (chopped)How to make Spanish Potato Omelet:

    Pour olive oil in a large frying pan and set it on medium-high heat.

    Sprinkle the potatoes lightly with salt and pepper.

    Fry the potatoes in olive oil till they turn golden brown and crisp.

    Add onion and cook till it softens and starts browning, stirring occasionally.

    Beat eggs with salt and pepper, to taste.

    Pour the eggs into the pan. Stir to gently combine with the potatoes and onion.

    Turn down the heat to low and cook till eggs are browned on the bottom.

    Using a spatula, loosen the bottom of the omelet and invert it on the other side.

    Cook till the eggs are set and done.

    Remove and transfer on a serving plate.

    Garnish with tomatoes and green onions.

    Serve warm.
