Section 1 – Lab Safety Plan and Annual Training: Provides link to Lab Safety Plan templates Outlines that annual safety training is

Section 2 – Anesthetic Gases Little change from the past Now has a blank for delivery and scavenging

methods that must be filled in by researcher Option checklist has been removed

Section 3 - Chemicals

Major changes Now asks if fume hood available Lists some examples of chemicals and

Section 4 - Radiation
