2. For the avoidance of doubt, where a Match is called off and treated as

abandoned, postponed, suspended or cancelled after it has started and

there are no Valid Goals at the time the Match is called off, the bets

shall be refunded.

Time in the Match, regardless of:

a) whether any Valid Goals were scored at all in the Match; and/or

b) whether that Selected Player was sent off, substituted or otherwise

left the field, and of whether that Selected Player subsequently re-

entered the field.

4. Bets on “Player Not Listed” will not be refunded if any players from the

Home Team or the Away Team (as the case may be) covered by “Player

Not Listed” (as the case may be) did not come onto the field during

Regulation Time in the Match (regardless of whether any Valid Goals

were scored at all in the Match), or came onto the field after one (1) or

more Valid Goals have been scored.

5. Bets on “Player Not Listed” will not be refunded if any player or players

from the Home Team or the Away Team (as the case may be) covered

by “Player Not Listed” (as the case may be) had come onto the field

during Regulation Time in the Match, regardless of:


b) whether such player or players were sent off, substituted or

otherwise left the field, and of whether such player or players

subsequently re-entered the field; and/or

c) whether such player or players had come onto the field before or

after any Valid Goal is scored.

6. A Selection Number is a number assigned to the Selected Player by the

Company for identification on the Bet Slip, and this Selection Number

may or may not correspond or tally with the number(s) of the jersey(s)

as worn by the Selected Player in the course of the match, and the

Company is not liable for any errors made by the Participant in

confusion thereof.

Appendix A16 – Last Scorer

4. Bets on “ Player Not Listed” will not be refunded if any players from the

Home Team or the Away Team (as the case may be) covered by “Player

Regulation Time in the Match (regardless of whether any Valid Goals

were scored at all in the Match).

5. Bets on “Player Not Listed” will not be refunded if any player or players

from the Home Team or the Away Team (as the case may be) covered

by “Player Not Listed” (as the case may be) had come onto the field

during Regulation Time in the Match, regardless of:


b) whether such player or players were sent off, substituted or otherwise

left the field, and of whether such player or players subsequently re-

entered the field; and/or

c) whether such player or players had come onto the field before or after

any Valid Goal is scored.

6. A Selection Number is a number assigned to the Selected Player by the

Company for identification on the Bet Slip, and this Selected Number

may or may not correspond or tally with the number(s) of the jersey(s) as

each of the two (2) Matches comprising the relevant Defined List. Each

Selection comprises one set of two (2) outcomes. There are three possible

(3) outcomes in each Match that the Participant may select, which are as

1. Bets will not be refunded if the team picked by the Participant in his

Selection participates in, but for any reason does not complete or finish,

the relevant part of the Group.

2. Bets will be refunded if the Group commences, but the team picked by

the Participant in his Selection does not for any reason participate in the

Group at all.

3. Bets will be refunded if the Group is for any reason cancelled.

Appendix A20 – Championship Winner

Bet Event A particular football tournament or competition (“the Championship”)

Selections Selected by the Company from teams participating in the Championship

Result The winner of the Championship.

Selection participates in, but for any reason does not complete or finish,

the Championship.

picked by the Participant in his Selection does not for any reason

Bet Event Each Bet Event consists of a draw of five (5) Matches as determined in the

Schedule of Matches made available by the Company (“Draw”)

Selections

Each Participant makes a Selection of five (5) outcomes, comprising the

scores in each of the five (5) Matches comprising the relevant Draw. Each

Selection comprises one set of five (5) outcomes. There are seventeen (17)

possible outcomes of the score in each Match that the Participant may select,

which are as follows:

Stake

The Stake in respect of a Bet under this Bet Type shall be in multiples of one

(1) Singapore dollar for each set of five (5) possible outcomes selected by the

Participant, with a minimum Stake of one (1) Singapore dollar.

Result The Full Time Scores in each of the five (5) matches comprising the relevant

Draw.

Prizes

1. Division I Prize

A Participant who has selected the correct scores in five (5) of the five

(5) Matches in the relevant Draw, which correspond to the Result, will

qualify for a share in Division I Prize winnings.

2. Division II Prize

A Participant who has selected the correct scores in four (4) of the five

(5) Matches in the relevant Draw, which correspond to the Result, will

qualify for a share in Division II Prize winnings.

3. There shall be a prize pool (“Prize Pool”), which shall be an amount

equal to sixty percent (60%) of the nett amount of total Stakes collected

for the relevant Draw (subject to any Refunds) less the applicable Goods

and Services Tax.

4. Fifty percent (50%) of the Prize Pool shall be for the Division I Prize,

and the remaining fifty percent (50%) for the Division II Prize.

5. If there are no winners for the Division I Prize after the completion of the

last Match in each Draw, then the Division I Prize shall be carried

forward (or "snowballed") to the next Draw. Division I winners for each

Draw will share equally among themselves the Division I Prize arising

out of that Draw, plus any snowballed amount(s) from the previous

Draws.

6. If there are no winners for the Division II Prize after the completion of

the last Match in each Draw, then the Division II Prize shall be

snowballed to the next Draw. Division II winners for each Draw will

share equally among themselves the Division II Prize arising out of that

Draw, plus any snowballed amount(s) from the previous Draws.

7. For the purposes of this Appendix, a single Selection qualifying for a

share in the Division I Prize or the Division II Prize shall be deemed to

be one winner in that Division, but a Selection qualifying for a share in

the Division I Prize shall not qualify for a share in the Division II Prize.

8. In the event of an announcement made by the Company to amend or

discontinue this Bet Type by a certain final Draw date, this Bet Type

shall immediately be discontinued once both Division I and Division II

Prize Pools are won in the same draw at any time after the

announcement is made. Should there be any amount of any Prize

(including snowballed amounts) that remains not won at the end of the

final Draw date, such amount, if any, shall be paid out by the Company

in such manner as it may determine in its sole and absolute discretion,

including through the implementation of mechanisms such as

snowballing and cascading, until the entire Prize Pool is won

Provisions

1. If one of the five matches has been called off and is not replayed or

resumed within 36 hours, then the Company shall deem all possible

selections for that Event to be winning outcomes for the purposes of

determining the Result of Combo only.

2. If two (2) or more of the five matches have been called off and are not

replayed or resumed within 36 hours, then the Company shall pay

Refunds on all Bets placed on the draw of five (5) matches.

Appendix A22 – Exact Goals

Bet Event Each Bet Event consists of a draw of five (5) Matches as determined in the

Schedule of Matches made available by the Company (“Draw”)

Selections

Each Participant makes a Selection of five (5) outcomes, each outcome being

the total number of goals scored in one of the Matches in the relevant Draw.

Each Selection comprises one set of five (5) outcomes. There are ten (10)

possible outcomes for the total number of goals scored in each Match that the

Participant may select, which are as follows:

Stake

2. There shall be a prize pool (“Prize Pool”), which shall be an amount

determine in its sole and absolute discretion, including through the

implementation of mechanisms such as snowballing and cascading, until

the entire Prize Pool is won

1. If one of the five matches has been called off and is not replayed or

selections for that Event to be winning outcomes for the purposes of

determining the Result of Exact Goals only.

2. If two (2) or more of the five matches have been called off and are not

replayed or resumed within 36 hours, then the Company shall pay

Refunds on all Bets placed on the draw of five (5) matches.

1. Own Goals and Goals scored during penalty shoot-outs held to

determine the winning team in the event of a tie are not counted as

Valid Goals for the purposes of this Bet Event.

2. Goals scored during Extra Time (where applicable) are counted as

Valid Goals for the purposes of this Bet Event.

3. Bets on a Selected Player will be refunded if that Selected Player did

not play in any match in the tournament/competition.

4. Bets on a Selected Player will not be refunded if that Selected Player

has played in at least one match, but does not complete the

tournament/competition for any reason whatsoever.

5. Bets on “Player Not Listed” will not be refunded under any

circumstances.

6. A Selection Number is a number assigned to the Selected Player by

Number may or may not correspond or tally with the number(s) of the

jersey(s) as worn by the Selected Player in the course of the match,

and the Company is not liable for any errors made by the Participant in

confusion thereof.

7. Dead Heat rules apply. Illustration:

In the 2010 World Cup, four players - D Villa, D Forlan, T Mueller and W Sneijder

all scored 5 goals each. There was a three-way tie for the winning selection - D

Villa, D Forlan and Player Not Listed (T Mueller and W Sneijder), as T Mueller and

W Sneijder were not named selections. The table below sets out the computation of

the Prize based on stakes of $9 each placed by Customers A, B and C on D Villa, D

Forlan and Player Not Listed respectively :

shall be the stake multiplied by the odds of each selection

1) A Multiples bet cannot comprise two selections from the same match.

2) If one or more matches in a Multiples bet is refunded, then the odds for

that selection shall be set to one (1)

3) The minimum stake for a bet placed at the Outlet shall be One Dollar

($1) and for a bet placed through the Account Betting System shall be

Five Dollars ($5).
