1. The decision of the PCI are as under.

2. It is decided that decisions are subject to following conditions.

a) the consent of affiliation of the Examining Authority and NOC of the State Government

(as applicable) should be available with the institution.

b) the institution should have a legal entity status on the date of application to PCI and NOC

of the State Government and consent of affiliation of Examining Authority (as applicable

)shall be in the name of legal entity.

c) They shall produce records of their legal entity and the land and building documents to

substantiate their claims.

d) Wherever needed inspections will be carried out subsequently and if the facts claimed by

the institution are found false, the PCI may change or withdraw the approval.

e) Wherever required, institution shall furnish additional information as sought by the PCI

from time to time.

f) The request for raise in admissions for D.Pharm course beyond 60 intake is not

considered as per the policy of the council.

3. The above conditions be also conveyed to individual institution through the institution’s

dash board.
