Acceptable Quality Level:

Statistical Sampling technique

These are 4 main levels followed in Apparel Industry. The levels are;

1.0 1.5 2.5 4.0

Suppose the buyers ask for AQL 2.5, then the industry will follow the

previous AQL 1.5. To be precautious in not exceeding the rejection

number.

Final Inspection:

Final Inspection end of production before shipment

Atleast 80% of the consignment finally packed
