Dear Candidate, the application process has been designed to help you step out of the crowd and feel completely comfortable with your application, making sure that it reflects you: your personality, your values and your perspectives The Application is divided into six parts: 1. Reference letters: You are required to provide us with three (1) reference letters: • From someone you led or someone who works with you directly. • From one of the leaders you’ve had. • From someone external*The reference letter should not be longer than one (1) page.2. Your CV: Give us all important information we need to know about you, your personal information (mail, skype, phone, etc.), your studies, languages you speak, your AIESEC career, other jobs you have had, etc. In this case you can use a maximum of two (2) pages to create your Curriculum Vitae. * Including your AIESEC career in CV, means you mention the positions held and provide a brief explanation of the responsibilities and key achievements, also conferences you have attended.3. General and Specific Questionnaire: All candidates must answer the general questionnaire and the specific questionnaire for the role/s of interest. You have a maximum of four (5) pages for the general questionnaire and a maximum of six (7) pages to answer all the required questions of the specific questionnaire.

4. Psychological Test: You are required to fill in three psychological tests. The very well-known Belbin Test, which has been attached to this form. When completing the Belbin Test, please follow the instructions detailed in each excel sheet, and rate the statements in the most honest way possible. Once you are done, please include the results sheets in your application package. Remember that in this test there are no wrong answers.

Also fill the DISC test that allows us to know more about your personality and the way you work with others.

And finally fill the 16 personalities test.

5. Video: please send a four minutes video introducing yourself and explaining why you are suitable for the position you are applying for and also explaining where you envision AIESEC in UNA at the end of your period. Upload the video on Youtube (Name_AIESEC_LC_UNA_16) and send the link in a PDF.

6. Blank Paper Challenge. In a very creative way, answer the question that you think is the most important one for yourself and is not on this application – you just have one blank page (physical or virtual) to do it

OGCDP1. Propose 2 OGCDP local projects and 1 national project that you see are relevant to the LC with an action plan. (include # of Op-Ma-Re) 2. How will you train your members and ensure the operations of OGCDP working in synergy with the other areas? 3. How much do you want to grow in 2016? Which will be your strategy and how will you manage experience quality and EP servicing?4. How will you manage IXP?5. Which strategy will you implement to improve the conversion rate? 6. What do you think is the best way to approach the new markets of the university?

MKT1. Which do you think is the biggest challenge for marketing next year? Analyze the current MKT situation and mention your strategy for remaining strong and having results during the whole year.2. How can MKT support each of the other areas? Create a plan for each of them.3. Create a campaign for the OGCDP recruitment process taking into account the calendar of UNA. The campaign must include visual materials, on campus and online strategies, channels, a slogan which will be use on the visual materials, timeline and one BTL strategy.4. Create an external communication strategy to capture the target market of iGCDP, like NGOs or non-pro¬fit institutions to take volunteers. Consider market research to identify needs.5. Create a structure of your marketing team, including their roles and mention how you will keep them motivated and help them to develop leadership and skills. 6. Which strategy do you propose to position AIESEC in UNA inside the university and how can we improve our relation to the university? How can this be useful for reaching other faculties and campus.

TM1. What should be the role of TM in AIESEC Costa Rica in 2016? 2. What are the 3 main bottlenecks of Talent Management in LC UNA and which strategies would you propose to overcome them? 3. Talent development programs are closely related to team member program and team leader program quality and delivery. Which is your proposal in talent development programs at local level and how is this related to exchanges?4. ‘’AIESEC in Costa Rica´s productivity has reached a critical level and we need to increase it in order to be more sustainable and to deliver rewarding experiences to our membership’’ What is your proposal about this situation? What are the main reasons you identify to explain it? Propose initiatives in order to manage this weakness and turn it into strength, take into account procedures and practices. 5. How can internal communication and knowledge management be strengthened to improve the LC culture and team’s interactions? 6. How will you implement the Team Minimums and how will you track the EB on it?

FLA1. What would you do to ensure that the planned budget sticks to the real one? Make a tool to maintain the continuous budget tracking. 2. Develop a strategic plan of continuous improvement for the projects FLA currently has, for example the Saving Plan.3. Evaluate the current financial situation of the local committee. Which actions, taking in consideration your responsibilities as VP FLA, would you take to improve the actual situation? 4. Which aspects would you take into consideration including every area in the LC in order to make an investment? For example if you have $500 would you use it the make an investment in MKT or in IGCDP? 5. Create an action plan that include 3 strategies to ensure the financial sustainability on the LC during the 2016.

IGCDP1. List the 3 main opportunities you want to explore to enhance the volume of operations in the IGCDP program. 2. Regarding the importance of servicing in the area of ICX, what strategies will you implement to maintain a high quality service to our customers?3. IGCDP is the program that takes a lot from LCs finances, how you are going to ensure sustainable growth for IGCDP?4. How would you manage the off peak projects?5. How would you work in synergy with the other areas to ensure that the goals are being met?6. How will you manage the Host Family Program?
