you are, I hope you celebrated in style.

Congratulations to Christine Rothwell and

Greg Clare who were the two APA members

chosen by the NSW Conference committee to

speak at the 21st FAA International Conference

has been unsuccessful in the past please do

not hesitate to apply in the future.

The 2015 AGM is a special and exceptional

event, being the first AGM of The Association

of Professional Astrologers Inc NSW 1400033.

This was due to the incorporation transfer from

ACT to NSW. Due to this transfer it was

necessary to update APA Membership

certificates and these will be reissued to all

members attending the AGM who will need to

remember to download the Agenda. Those

unable to attend will have them posted. A huge

thanks here to our Editor Narelle Duncan who

If you are unable to attend the AGM your proxy votes should be received no later than 16 January 2015. Proxies

will also be accepted by email at [email protected] or your proxy vote can be delivered to an APA

committee member to be given to the secretary no later than 24 hours before the AGM. The first Annual General

Meeting of the APA Inc NSW 1400033 will be held at 9:30am Friday 23 January 2015, The Convent 1 St. Heliers

St - Abbotsford, Melbourne

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kerry, Narelle and the rest of the wonderful women who serve on the

committee, for your contribution and support throughout the year. It has been an absolute pleasure to be part of a

team of such dedicated professionals whose default response to any given task is “no worries”.

The tragic loss of young cricketer Phillip Hughes serves to remind us of the vagaries of life and how we should

never take it for granted. Live and love well.

All the best for Christmas and the New Year.Take care

Patricia

APA Member Spotlight...

Clementine AdkinsClementine discovered astrology in 1998. It was pretty much a case of love at first sight. After years of studying the craft, she obtained her Practitioners Diploma from the Federation of Australian Astrologers in 2005 and shortly after was admitted to the Association of Professional Astrologers.

That same year, Clementine founded Aquamoon Astrology – www.aquamoon.com.au. A year later she began teaching astrology classes in Blackheath, NSW. The same year she started writing the monthly column “AstroView” for the Astrology Association of New South Wales newsletter. That column ran for four years.

In December 2009, Clementine moved to Geelong Victoria. With this move came the chance to start work as a full time astrologer. Since the move south, Clementine has facilitated several astrology workshops, continued teaching astrology and presented at the national conference and at state run meetings. She has written articles for the annual Wellbeing Astrology Magazine.

Over the years, Clementine has taken a keen interest in Evolutionary Astrology – a form of astrology which considers the soul’s journey through various lifetimes. This method of astrology and chart interpretation was founded by Jeffrey Wolf Green around 1977. Steven Forrest, who for a while teamed up with Jeffrey, started coming to Australia in 2006. Week long study workshops were offered for those interested in pursuing this evolutionary astrology dynamic. Clementine attended these workshops for three years receiving a basic certificate in 2009.

In 2010, Clementine began an intensive three year training apprenticeship with the late Roger Woolger and Patricia Walsh which led to a Practitioners Certificate in Deep Memory Process (DMP) in 2013. This work dovetails nicely into the concepts of evolutionary astrology as both are based in past lives and both work with the soul’s journey. Currently Clementine resides in Drysdale on the Bellarine Peninsula. She continues teaching astrology classes, conducting workshops, writing newsletters and pursuing her ongoing love affair with all things astrological.
