Create a Facebook Page for your author.

If your author pre-dates Facebook, pretend that he or she had Facebook during his or her time. If your author

might have a Facebook page now, create a new one that shows interaction with the authors friends do notjust copy fan posts or an existing fan page.

Your authors Facebook page must, as much as possible, look like a real Facebook page and NOT be a digitalversion. I will provide you with paper to use for your page. Use the profile page for your format not the

home page. All possible Facebook conventions must be represented in your project. These include but are not

limited to the following: profile picture, info section, friends section, friend requests, people you may know, advertisements, news feed with posts by the author, posts from other people, photos, activity, etc.

Guiding questions:How can I use Facebook creatively to show what I know about my author?

--What kind of statuses would my author write?--What kind of photos would my author post?

--Who are my authors friends/family? What does he or she say (not say) to friends/family?--What kind of ads would pop up on his or her page?

How can I show effort in the way that my page looks?

How can I use a variety of Facebook conventions to show what I know about my author?
