Dona possesses 12 years of direct workexperience in the Freight Forwarding and LogisticsIndustry. Dona’s career is steeped in success. Donaspearheads all aspects of ensuring CBP runsefficiently and smoothly for our clients. Fromoperations to support functional groupings withina BPO environment, and is instrumental inproviding system standardization and leadershipto the entire CBP Manila team. Dona is very muchat home creating operational centers ofexcellence.
Dona also served as the Head of Service Deliveryfor Airfreight and Ocean freight at the DHL GlobalService Center for their Freight Forwardingdivision, where she was responsible in providingoverall leadership, management and responsibilityof business systems, processes and performanceresults. Dona possesses a Bachelor Degree inCustoms Administration.

Joy brings more than 15 years of directexperience within the BPO, Banking &Telecommunications industry. Joy is a BPOProfessional with extensive experience and skillsin Vendor/Client Management, QualityAssurance, Auditing, Process Standardizationand Improvement – all working closely withOperations to deliver client defined outcomes.
Before joining CBP, Joy worked within Telstra asOperating Model Manager where she designedand improved key business processes for bothcaptive and outsourced contact centres ofTelstra with the goal of enhancing operationalefficiency and effectiveness.
ALVIN SUAPENGCOOperations Manager_________________________________________________________
Alvin comes with more than 13 years ofexperience in the BPO Logistics industry with thelast 10 years in operations management.
Prior to joining CBP Manila, Alvin was an AirfreightManager for DHL handling multiple workstreamswithin their airfreight product from numerouscountries. He spent the majority of his professionalcareer with Maersk Line where his knowledgewithin the various functions in shipping andlogistics, project management, automation,business intelligence, process improvement andlean six sigma has been refined.
As the operations manager of CBP Manila, he isresponsible for all the client operationsproductivity in the Manila office and ensures eachteam meet and exceed their targets.

Dane has excelled in her 8 years work experience in the BPOindustry directly servicing the freight forwarding industry.Dane quickly progressed within CBP Manila from a TeamLeader position to the Implementation Manager. Dane hasan exceptional understanding of industry software platformsas well as a solid operating knowledge of Freight ForwardingOperations. Dane is an expert in identifying areas for growth,developing solutions and taking ownership by assisting theclient in executing the processes.Dane was part of the Freight Process Outsourcing (FPO)Planning team of Direct Data Capture where she wasresponsible in implementing new accounts, creating staffingplans, handling escalations and coordinating with differentdepartments to ensure a smooth transition to operations.

Her main task with CBP Manila is to manage cross departmental project teams to ensure operationalreadiness of service launches. She will likewise be responsible in designing metrics and status reports toreport progress against project objectives and milestones and evaluating and developing trainingmaterials.
Dane is an LLB (Bachelor of Law) graduate. She took up her pre-law at the University of the PhilippinesVisayas Tacloban College.
