The goal, keep the lung organic apple. The pro-posal, a large complex of pedestrian level to gen-erate a concrete visual permeability. The primary and secondary structural systems complement each other, seeking to achieve a “suspended animation”.

The school of visual arts was the result of a “missing” photogram in the architec-tural urban corridor in Figueroa Alcorta Avenue. It tries to become a fast dynamic building, which interacts with the traf-fic speed.
