You will need to opt in to Auto Renew and enter your Credit

Card details by September 2020. Auto Renew can only be

actioned by the Primary Applicant.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE

How to set up Auto Renewal

Step 1.

Login to amway.com.au or amway.co.nz using your Amway ID (IBO number or email address) and password. See the Login & Navigation User Guide for help.

Step 2.1. Go to Mini My Account on the Top Navigation Bar and click on the drop-down arrow

2. Click on My Account.

3. Click on Please Renew under Renew your IBO Status.

4. Click on the + to the right-hand side of AUTO-RENEW.


5. Click on Opt-in.



6. Select existing Credit Card or Add a new Credit Card.

7. Scroll down, read the TERMS & CONDITIONS. Then click on the check box to accept. Then click SAVE & ACTIVATE button.



8. You will be taken to the Auto Renewals page and it should show as Active.


9. To ensure your Credit Card has been selected for Auto Renewal, select MY ACCOUNT, PAYMENT and then select CREDIT CARD/DEBIT. The Purpose should display RENEWAL.

How to change your credit card for Auto Renewal

1. Login to amway.com.au or amway.co.nz using your Amway ID and password

2. Go to Mini My Account on the Top Navigation Bar and click on the drop-down arrow

3. Click on My Account.

4. Click on Account then Renewal.


5. To update your Credit Card Details, use the Payment Information drop-down arrow to add another card or click on add new card then enter your Credit Card Details.

6. Scroll down, read the TERMS & CONDITIONS. Then click on the check box to ‘Accept’.


7. Then click SAVE & ACTIVATE button


8. You will be taken to the Auto Renewals page and it should show as Active.

9. To ensure your Credit Card has been selected for Auto Renewal, select MY ACCOUNT, PAYMENT and then select CREDIT CARD/DEBIT. The Purpose should display RENEWAL.

Via My Account

1. From the Dashboard, Click on My Account, in the dropdown box of My Mini Account.


Other ways to navigate to Auto Renew page:



2. a) Via Jump To: Click on the drop-down arrow next to Jump To.

b) Click on the drop-down arrow next to Account.



c) Drop down text will appear. Click on Renewal-Auto.

d) Click on GO.



4. Click on RENEWAL.

5. Follow from Step 2: 4-9. (on pages 3-7)

3. Scroll down to MY ACCOUNT, click on the + on the right-hand side.
