If you don’t hear back from us, feel free to get in touch and hurry us up! 3) Expedition applicants pay deposit of £50 (registration fee) and placement applicants also pay deposit of £50 (comes out of coordination fee). The deposit for the expedition is fully refundable until we confirm the expedition. We will most likely confirm the exhibition when we reach our minimum numbers. 4) When the expedition is confirmed, volunteers receive their welcome pack (this includes detailed information of your placement/expedition and all the information required fro travelling to Africa). 5) The project fee is paid within 4 weeks of departure to Kenya and any other further information needed is sent. 6) Final checklist sent out to volunteers (e.g. have you booked flight, visas etc) 7) Volunteers arrive Kenya!
