Thank you for choosing to play in the January 31, 2016 Mid-America Youth Basketball Tournament in Colorado Springs, Co. All coaches must pick up their packet and confirm roster one hour before first game (unless you are playing the first game of the day, and then it is 30 minutes). Coaches must have grade cards available to verify GRADE of each participant. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at the information above.
Rosters: Rosters must be submitted online BEFORE the start of your first game via a link sent by the tournament director.

Admission:
Ticket Type Weekend Pass
Adult $8 Student/Children >5 & Senior Citizens $2
Concessions & T-Shirts:
Full concessions will be provided including food (quesadillas & hot dogs), snacks, and drinks. Only water is allowed in the gym. MAYB t-shirts will be on sale for between $10-$40 each.
Scorekeeping: Coaches must fill out a score sheet completely before warm-ups begin. Each team needs to provide an ADULT score person, who should report to the table when warm-ups begin
Miscellaneous: If you are playing the first game of the day at any location, the gym will not open until 30 minutes before game time. Please inform your parents and players that they will not be allowed in the gym until 30 minutes before the first game of the day. Always check brackets on the wall in case of any changes. Disruptive, rude, unsafe, or threatening behavior towards officials, staff, other fans, players, & coaches will not be tolerated. Display good sportsmanship & set a good example for all.
Tournament Rules: Length of Game: Two 20 minute halves, Halftime will last 3 minutes; Running clock except the last 2 minutes of each half; Clock will run if there is a 15 point lead in second half Overtime: Indefinite overtimes will be 2 minutes, stop-clock, with an additional timeout Timeouts: Four full timeouts per game, 1 extra timeout per overtime Tiebreakers/Seeding Procedure: Head to Head Result 2.) Highest point spread total (max. 15 points per game) 3.) If tie remains, lowest total of defensive points

to be nominated to play in the All-Star game on February 21st:

Love and Basketball Bonanza on 2.14
All-Star games will be played at our
“Ball ‘Till You Fall” tournament on February 21st.

If you see a player exhibiting All-Star character coachability sportsmanship leadership or skill

Coaches will be notified when a player has been nominated. Time & location of games are to be determined.
