Reverend Gerald M. Dew, DMin., Pastor
Welcome To Our Worship Service. We’re glad you joined us!
Welcome to the exciting Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. Our vision is to help you realize your full potential for the glory and honor of God. We are united to evangelize, educate, equip and empower humanity for the Glory of God through the proclamation of the gospel, the explanation of the scriptures and the exaltation of the Savior. Excellence is our church standard.
Our focus for 2015 is: “GO DEEPER!” We are going deeper in God as we:
Love Him and others
Learn His Word, Will and Way
Lead one another into a deeper relationship with Him
Launch out into the world to win the lost. Our overarching goal is to (1) Win the lost and (2) make disciples. You
are welcome to join us on our journey into a deeper and more fulfilling relationship with God.
We are grateful and thankful that you are sharing with us today and we
pray that God’s new mercy for today will allow you to experience His great love and amazing grace as we worship Him together in spirit and in truth. If you do not have a church home, we have a place in our home and hearts just for you! Again, we’re glad you joined us today. May God bless and keep you is my prayer.
Going Deeper,
Reverend Dr. Gerald M. Dew & Lady Marva Dew Pastor and First Lady

Colossians 3:5-10-12-14 (Revised Standard Version)
IN UNISON:
Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: fornication, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. On account of these the wrath of God is coming. In these you once walked, when you lived in them. But now put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and foul talk from your mouth.
Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old nature with its practices and have put on the new nature, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator.
Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassion, kindness, lowliness, meekness, and patience, forbearing one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect
harmony.
Congregational Hymn
“There is Power in the Blood”
Chorus: There is power, power, wonder-working power
In the blood of the Lamb; There is power, power, wonder-working power
In the precious blood of the Lamb!
1. Would you be free from the burden of sin?
There’s power in the blood, power in the blood; Would you o’er evil a victory win?
There’s wonderful power in the blood!
2. Would you be from your passion and pride?
There’s power in the blood, power in the blood; Come for a cleansing to Calvary’s tide There’s wonderful power in the blood!
3.
Would you be whiter, much whiter than snow? There’s power in the blood, power in the blood;
Sin-stains are lost in its life giving flow, There’s wonderful power in the blood!
4.
Would you do service for Jesus your King? There’s power in the blood, power in the blood;
Would you live daily His praises to sin? There’s wonderful power in the blood!

Sin’s Consequence “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” -Romans 6:23
God’s Love “But God commended His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us.” -Romans 5:8

thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” -Romans 10:9
Christian Commitment “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your
bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable

and perfect, will of God.” -Romans 12:1-2
