Antibiotic Cover for patients on Bisphosphonates and other Antiresorptive drugs

1. Chlorhexidine mouth wash (Corsodyl) 0.2% three times daily starting 1 week before the Extraction

2. Amoxicillin 3g or Clindamycin 300mg 30 to 40 minutes before extraction

3. Amoxicillin 500mg three times daily or Clindamycin 150mg four times daily starting from the following day for a week

4. Chlorhexidine mouth wash (Corsodyl) to continue for 21 days after the extraction
