Answers In Genesis has just opened their new creation museum. Located just south of Cincinnati, OH we were able to loop around the city and stop for a day-long visit. We had just visited close friends in Lancaster, PA while ministering at Hershey. Dr. Rennie Showers speaks and writes for the Friends of Israel ministry and over the years we’ve shared platform responsibilities at various conferences. He and his wife had just toured the museum and had stayed with Dr. and Mrs. Mike Riddle. Mike is one of AIG’s most effective speakers. At Rennie’s suggestion Mike called me and invited us to stay with them as we passed by on our way to Montana, which we did. The next morning we were treated to an all day tour. What a fantastic job the AIG staff did to make sure the museum offered the highest quality of professionalism for its exhibits. The realism and variety of each display was astounding and the bookstore one of the most complete I’ve seen. Attendance projection was for 250,000 visitors in the first year of operation. The 4,000 attending each of the previous days had pushed the total since opening

two months before to over 100,000 and there were yet ten months to go! Dr. Mike Riddle (computer science) and Dr. Jonathan Sarfati (biochemist) are two of the fine men the Lord has equipped and brought to AIG (Jonathan has played 12 simultaneous chess games blindfolded, his back turned to his challengers, and never lost!). The Lord is gathering a formidable team to promote the veracity of His word.

Bozeman, Montana - At One Point, There Were Ninety-one Active Fires! We could barely see the mountains in the distance. Our second trip to Montana following last year’s visit to the missile sites finds that the fires are still at it! That still did not hamper some who drove over two hours to see the Wonders of Science programs at Grace Bible Church.

Our reception was one of the finest, most well planned and coordinated civilian events in recent years, thanks to Brian Foreman, the Administrative Pastor and an outstanding volunteer staff. I was to bring the two Sunday morning sermons so we had to unload Friday night and set up all day Saturday.

An added bonus was that on Saturday, the missions committee was meeting and we were given the courtesy of presenting the WOS ministry’s history and recent outreach opportunities through a Power Point presentation.

No one was quite sure how the first evening’s attendance would turn out, but the Lord brought the biggest crowd they’d had for a Sunday night in a long time. That trend continued during the week with over 5,000 turning out by Wednesday night. Other churches and youth groups bused guests in as well.

The fires caused the church’s mountain family camp to be evacuated and many of the camp-ers visited the WOS presentations. They might not have been able to attend otherwise.

One amazing “coincidence” I learned of was that both the senior pastor and the administrative pastor, both named Brian, had each married a young lady they had seen “volunteer” for the hilarious stuttering machine demo.

Electronics Designs in Bozeman. He designed the famous illuminated curved

wall news board in Times square.

The pastors were in the audience, one while a stu-dent at Moody Bible Institute, the other years later at a program in Montana. Each of those ladies married that future pastor. The Lord certainly works in won-drous ways! The reception by the crowds was tremendous and many brought unsaved guests who heard the gospel presented in a unique way.

The Lord gave us an amazing beginning in May to our summer tour at Harvey Cedars, NJ with the east coast home school convention, then concluded our tour with such a fantastic response in Bozeman, MT. We made many new friends along the way as well as getting re-acquainted with others. Truly the Lord’s family is a wonder to behold! Would that everyone

could experience such warm fellowship and support.

Dr. Mark Amunrud (above with Dean) is the president of Montana Bible College in Bozeman, MT. He is the professor/scientist at whose lab we visited when in Bozeman. We are looking at a digital representation of the "gravity well distortions" around masses (the earth in this case).

His lab provided a fascinating visit to witness his cutting edge research on light propagation through our time/space contin-uum. His initial results evoke intriguing questions with far-reaching implications. His humility and God-honoring inquiries are refreshing in this day of scientific arrogance and worldly wisdom.
