MATTHEW14:23After He had sent the crowds away, He went up on the mountain by Himself

to pray; and when it was evening, He was there alone.

15:13

But He answered and said, “Every plant which My heavenly Father did

not plant shall be uprooted.

19:16-17And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing

shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he said unto him, Why

callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if

thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

20:23

He said to them, “My cup you shall drink; but to sit on My right and on My left, this is not Mine to give, but it is for those for whom it has been

prepared by My Father.”

21:31So the crowd marveled as they saw the mute speaking, the crippled restored,

and the lame walking, and the blind seeing; and they glorified the God of

22:35-40One of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, “Teacher, which

is the great commandment in the Law?” And He said to him, “ „YOU

AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.‟“This is the great and foremost commandment. “The second is like it, „YOU

SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.‟ “On these twocommandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets.”

26:36-39Then Jesus came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and said to His

disciples, “Sit here while I go over there and pray.” And He took with HimPeter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be grieved and distressed.

Then He said to them, “My soul is deeply grieved, to the point of death;remain here and keep watch with Me.” And He went a little beyond them,

and fell on His face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it is possible, let

this cup pass from Me; yet not as I will, but as You will.”

(Would God pray or be grieved and distressed?)

27:46-49About the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “ELI, ELI,

LAMA SABACHTHANI?” that is, “MY GOD, MY GOD, WHY HAVE

YOU FORSAKEN ME?” And some of those who were standing there,

when they heard it, began saying, “This man is calling for Elijah.”Immediately one of them ran, and taking a sponge, he filled it with sour

wine and put it on a reed, and gave Him a drink. But the rest of them said,“Let us see whether Elijah will come to save Him.

(Can "God" or "the Son of God" be forsaken by God? The Jews were and

still are expecting Elijah to return before the end times.)

6:15But others were saying, “He is Elijah.” And others were saying, “ He is a

prophet, like one of the prophets of old .



8:27-30Jesus went out, along with His disciples, to the villages of Caesarea Philippi;

and on the way He questioned His disciples, saying to them, “Who do people say that I am?” They told Him, saying, “John the Baptist; and others

say Elijah; but others, one of the prophets.” And He continued byquestioning them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter answered and said

to Him, “You are the Christ.” And He warned them to tell no one aboutHim.

12:28-34

One of the scribes came and heard them arguing, and recognizing that Hehad answered them well, asked Him, “What commandment is the

foremost of all?” Jesus answered, “The foremost is, „HEAR, O ISRAEL!

THE LORD OUR GOD IS ONE LORD; AND YOU SHALL LOVE THE

and sacrifices.” When Jesus saw that he had answered intelligently, He

said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” After that, noone would venture to ask Him any more questions.

13:32

“But of that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor

the Son, but the Father alone.

14:32-36

They came to a place named Gethsemane; and He said to His disciples, “Sit

here until I have prayed.” And He took with Him Peter and James and John,and began to be very distressed and troubled. And He said to them, “My soulis deeply grieved to the point of death; remain here and keep watch.” And

He went a little beyond them, and fell to the ground and began to pray thatif it were possible, the hour might pass Him by. And He was saying, “Abba!

Father! All things are possible for You; remove this cup from Me; yet not

what I will, but what You will.”

4:1-14

Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led aroundby the Spirit in the wilderness for forty days, being tempted by the devil.And He ate nothing during those days, and when they had ended, He

became hungry. And the devil said to Him, “If You are the Son of God,tell this stone to become bread.” And Jesus answered him, “It is written,

„MAN SHALL NOT LIVE ON BREAD ALONE.‟” And he led Him up andshowed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the

devil said to Him, “I will give You all this domain and its glory; for it

has been handed over to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. “Thereforeif You worship before me, it shall all be Yours.” Jesus answered him, “Itis written, „YOU SHALL WORSHIP THE LORD YOUR GOD AND

SERVE HIM ONLY.‟ And he led Him to Jerusalem and had Him stand on the pinnacle of the

temple, and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself downfrom here; for it is written,„HE WILL COMMAND HIS ANGELS

CONCERNING YOU TO GUARD YOU,‟ and,„O N their HANDS THEY

WILL BEAR YOU UP,SO THAT YOU WILL NOT STRIKE YOUR

FOOT AGAINST A STONE.‟” And Jesus answered and said to him, “It is

said, „YOU SHALL NOT PUT THE LORD YOUR GOD TO THE

TEST.‟” When the devil had finished every temptation, he left Him untilan opportune time. Jesus’ Public Ministry And Jesus returned to Galilee in

the power of the Spirit, and news about Him spread through all thesurrounding district.



6:35-36“But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in

return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most

High; for He Himself is kind to ungrateful and evil men. “Be merciful, just

as your Father is merciful.

10:21-22At that very time He rejoiced greatly in the Holy Spirit, and said, “I praise

You, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these

things from the wise and intelligent and have revealed them to infants.

Yes, Father, for this way was well-pleasing in Your sight. “All things have been handed over to Me by My Father, and no one knows who the Son is

except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and anyone towhom the Son wills to reveal Him.”

10:25-29

And a lawyer stood up and put Him to the test, saying, “Teacher, what shall

I do to inherit eternal life?” And He said to him, “What is written in the

Law? How does it read to you?” And he answered, “YOU SHALL LOVE

THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL

YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH, AND WITH ALLYOUR MIND; AND YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.” And He said

to him, “You have answered correctly; DO THIS AND YOU WILL

LIVE.” But wishing to justify himself, he said to Jesus, “And who is my

neighbor?”

11:28While Jesus was saying these things, one of the women in the crowd raised

her voice and said to Him, “Blessed is the womb that bore You and the breasts at which You nursed.” But He said, “On the contrary, blessed are

those who hear the word of God and observe it.”

18:18-22

A ruler questioned Him, saying, “Good Teacher, what shall I do to inheriteternal life?” And Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is

good except God alone. “You know the commandments, „DO NOT

COMMIT ADULTERY, DO NOT MURDER, DO NOT STEAL, DO NOTBEAR FALSE WITNESS, HONOR YOUR FATHER AND MOTHER .‟”

And he said, “All these things I have kept from my youth.” When Jesusheard this, He said to him, “One thing you still lack; sell all that you



possess and distribute it to the poor, and you shall have treasure inheaven; and come, follow Me.”

18:35-43

As Jesus was approaching Jericho, a blind man was sitting by the road begging. Now hearing a crowd going by, he began to inquire what this was.

They told him that Jesus of Nazareth was passing by. And he called out,saying, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” Those who led the way

were sternly telling him to be quiet; but he kept crying out all the more, “Sonof David, have mercy on me!” And Jesus stopped and commanded that he be

brought to Him; and when he came near, He questioned him, “What do youwant Me to do for you?” And he said, “Lord, I want to regain my sight!”

And Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight; your faith has made you well.”Immediately he regained his sight and began following Him, glorifying God;

and when all the people saw it, they gave praise to God.

19:40

Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Him, “Teacher, rebuke Your

disciples.” But Jesus answered, “I tell you, if these become silent, the stones

will cry out!”

(Jesus is only a teacher. The stones also cry out in Islamic traditions.)

23:34

But Jesus was saying, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what

they are doing.” And they cast lots, dividing up His garments amongthemselves.

23:35

And the people stood by, looking on. And even the rulers were sneering at

Him, saying, “He saved others; let Him save Himself if this is the Christ of

God, His Chosen One.” The soldiers also mocked Him, coming up to Him,offering Him sour wine, and saying, “If You are the King of the Jews, save

Yourself!” (The Jews tried to kill him to prove/disprove that he was the

Christ. Christ does not mean the literal "son of God", it means the "ChosenOne" to rule Israel.)

23:37-38and saying, “If You are the King of the Jews, save Yourself!” Now there

was also an inscription above Him, “THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.”



23:46-47And Jesus, crying out with a loud voice, said, “Father, INTO YOUR

HANDS I COMMIT MY SPIRIT.” Having said this, He breathed His

last. Now when the centurion saw what had happened, he began praising

God, saying, “Certainly this man was innocent."

23:56Then they returned and prepared spices and perfumes. And on the Sabbath

they rested according to the commandment. ( Jesus and his followers were practicing Jews who observed the Sabbath and followed the Law of Moses.)

24:19-21

And He said to them, “What things?” And they said to Him, “The thingsabout Jesus the Nazarene, who was a prophet mighty in deed and word in

the sight of God and all the people, and how the chief priests and our rulersdelivered Him to the sentence of death, and crucified Him. “But we were

hoping that it was He who was going to redeem Israel. Indeed, besides allthis, it is the third day since these things happened.

24:51-53

While He was blessing them, He parted from them and was carried up intoheaven. And they, after worshiping Him, returned to Jerusalem with great

joy, and were continually in the temple praising God . (verse 51 is Fabricated. according to Bart D. Ehrman or RSV?)

JOHN

1:12-14But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children

of God, even to those who believe in His name, who were born, not of blood

nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word

became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the

only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.

1:45Philip found Nathanael and said to him, “We have found Him of whom

Moses in the Law and also the Prophets wrote — Jesus of Nazareth, the

son of Joseph.”



1:49 Nathanael answered Him, “Rabbi, You are the Son of God; You are the

King of Israel.”

1:51And He said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, you will see the heavens

opened and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of

Man.”

3:2

this man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that

You have come from God as a teacher; for no one can do these signs that

You do unless God is with him.”

3:16“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that

whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

( “begotten” is fabricated. according to Bart Ehrman? or RSV 1952?

Probably both.)

3:32-34But He said to them, “I have food to eat that you do not know about.” So the

disciples were saying to one another, “No one brought Him anything to eat,

did he?” Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent

Me and to accomplish His work .

6:14-15Therefore when the people saw the sign which He had performed, they said,

“This is truly the Prophet who is to come into the world.” So Jesus,

perceiving that they were intending to come and take Him by force to

make Him king, withdrew again to the mountain by Himself alone.

6:37-39

“All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes toMe I will certainly not cast out. “For I have come down from heaven, not to

do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. “This is the will of

Him who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I lose nothing, but raiseit up on the last day.

7:39-42



But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to

receive; for the Spirit was not yet given , because Jesus was not yet

glorified. Some of the people therefore, when they heard these words, weresaying, “This certainly is the Prophet.” Others were saying, “This is the

Christ.” Still others were saying, “Surely the Christ is not going to comefrom Galilee, is He? “Has not the Scripture said that the Christ comes

from the descendants of David, and from Bethlehem, the village where

David was?”

8:39-40

They answered and said to Him, “Abraham is our father.” Jesus said tothem, “If you are Abraham‟s children, do the deeds of Abraham. “But as it

is, you are seeking to kill Me, a man who has told you the truth, which Iheard from God; this Abraham did not do.

9:5

While I am in the world, I am the Light of the world.”

( Every prophet is the light of the world during his prophethood, until the

next prophet.)

10:29-39“My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is

able to snatch them out of the Father‟s hand. “I and the Father are one.”

The Jews picked up stones again to stone Him. Jesus answered them, “I

showed you many good works from the Father; for which of them are youstoning Me?” The Jews answered Him, “For a good work we do not stone

You, but for blasphemy; and because You, being a man, make Yourself

out to be God.” Jesus answered them, “Has it not been written in your

Law, „I SAID, YOU ARE GODS‟? “If he called them gods, to whom the

word of God came and the Scripture cannot be broken, do you say of

Him, whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, „You are

blaspheming,‟ because I said, „I am the Son of God‟? “If I do not do the

works of My Father, do not believe Me; but if I do them, though you do

not believe Me, believe the works, so that you may know and understandthat the Father is in Me, and I in the Father.” Therefore they were seekingagain to seize Him, and He eluded their grasp.

“Even now I know that whatever You ask of God, God will give You.”

11:34-35and said, “Where have you laid him?” They said to Him, “Lord, come and

see.” Jesus wept.

11:39-42 Jesus said, “Remove the stone.” Martha, the sister of the deceased,said to Him, “Lord, by this time there will be a stench, for he has been dead

four days.” Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you believe, youwill see the glory of God?” So they removed the stone. Then Jesus raised

His eyes, and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. “I

knew that You always hear Me; but because of the people standing

around I said it, so that they may believe that You sent Me.”

12:44-50And Jesus cried out and said, “He who believes in Me, does not believe in

Me but in Him who sent Me. “He who sees Me sees the One who sent

Me. “I have come as Light into the world, so that everyone who believes in

Me will not remain in darkness. “If anyone hears My sayings and does notkeep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world, but to

save the world. “He who rejects Me and does not receive My sayings, has

one who judges him; the word I spoke is what will judge him at the last

day. “For I did not speak on My own initiative, but the Father Himself

who sent Me has given Me a commandment as to what to say and what

to speak. “I know that His commandment is eternal life; therefore the thingsI speak, I speak just as the Father has told Me.”

14:28

“You heard that I said to you, „I go away, and I will come to you.‟ If youloved Me, you would have rejoiced because I go to the Father, for the

Father is greater than I.

17:3-4“This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus

Christ whom You have sent. “I glorified You on the earth, having

accomplished the work which You have given Me to do.



17:9“I ask on their behalf; I do not ask on behalf of the world, but of those

whom You have given Me; for they are Yours;

17:11“I am no longer in the world; and yet they themselves are in the world, and

I come to You. Holy Father, keep them in Your name, the name which

Therefore when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!”And He bowed His head and gave up His spirit.

Care of the Body of Jesus Then the Jews, because it was the day of

preparation, so that the bodies would not remain on the cross on the

Sabbath for that Sabbath was a high day, asked Pilate that their legsmight be broken, and that they might be taken away

20:16-17Jesus said to her, “Mary!” She turned and said to Him in Hebrew,

“Rabboni!” which means, Teacher. Jesus said to her, “Stop clinging to Me,for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to My brethren and say to

them, „I ascend to My Father and your Father, and My God and your

( If Jesus is Divine, why doesn't Paul bow to the Son?)

4:5-6

all and through all and in all. (This is monotheism, not the Trinity.)

PHILIPPIANS

2:5-6Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, who,

although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with

God a thing to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a

bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. Being found inappearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the

point of death, even death on a cross. For this reason also, God highly

exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every

name, so that at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE WILL BOW, of

those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that

every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God

the Father.

( In the form of God? What is that supposed to mean? Clearly Jesus never

claimed to be God, but he was a servant of God.)

For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the

2:13looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great

HEBREWS

because the Spirit is truth. For there are three that bear record in heaven,

the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. Andthere are three that bear witness in earth, the spirit, and the water, and the

Satan, he is divided against himself; how then will his kingdom stand? “If I

by Beelzebul cast out demons, by whom do your sons cast them out? For thisreason they will be your judges. “But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.

16:12-15After that, He appeared in a different form to two of them while they were

walking along on their way to the country. They went away and reported it

to the others, but they did not believe them either.Afterward He appeared to the eleven themselves as they were reclining

at the table; and He reproached them for their unbelief and hardness of

heart, because they had not believed those who had seen Him after He

had risen. And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the

gospel to all creation. ( How did he appear in a different form and why?

How are the disciples supposed to recognize him? If they couldn't, who

could? Skeptical disciples. Preaching the gospel to all creation contradicts

Matthew 15:24)

But some of them said, “He casts out demons by Beelzebul, the ruler of

the demons.” Others, to test Him, were demanding of Him a sign from

heaven. But He knew their thoughts and said to them, “Any kingdomdivided against itself is laid waste; and a house divided against itself falls.

“If Satan also is divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? For you say that I cast out demons by Beelzebul. “And if I by Beelzebul cast out

demons, by whom do your sons cast them out? So they will be your judges.

11:49-53

“For this reason also the wisdom of God said, „I will send to themprophets and apostles, and some of them they will kill and some they

will persecute, so that the blood of all the prophets, shed since the

foundation of the world, may be charged against this generation, from

the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah, who was killed between the

altar and the house of God; yes, I tell you, it shall be charged against

this generation.‟ “Woe to you lawyers! For you have taken away the key of

knowledge; you yourselves did not enter, and you hindered those who wereentering.”

When He left there, the scribes and the Pharisees began to be very

hostile and to question Him closely on many subjects, plotting against

Him to catch Him in something He might say.

12:49-53“I have come to cast fire upon the earth; and how I wish it were already

kindled! “But I have a baptism to undergo, and how distressed I am until it isaccomplished! “Do you suppose that I came to grant peace on earth? I

tell you, no, but rather division; for from now on five members in onehousehold will be divided, three against two and two against three. “They

will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother againstdaughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against daughter-in-

law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.”

13:34

“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the city that kills the prophets and stones those



sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, just as ahen gathers her brood under her wings, and you would not have it !

“Behold, your house is left to you desolate; and I say to you, you will notsee Me until the time comes when you say, „BLESSED IS HE WHO

19:27“But these enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them,

JOHN

4:48-54So Jesus said to him, “Unless you people see signs and wonders, you

simply will not believe.” The royal official said to Him, “Sir, come down before my child dies.” Jesus said to him, “Go; your son lives.” The man

believed the word that Jesus spoke to him and started off. As he was now

going down, his slaves met him, saying that his son was living. So he

inquired of them the hour when he began to get better. Then they said tohim, “Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.” So the father knew

that it was at that hour in which Jesus said to him, “Your son lives”; and hehimself believed and his whole household. This is again a second sign that

Jesus performed when He had come out of Judea into Galilee.

5:45-47

“Do not think that I will accuse you before the Father; the one who accuses

you is Moses, in whom you have set your hope. “For if you believed

Moses, you would believe Me, for he wrote about Me. “But if you do not

believe his writings, how will you believe My words?” (The Jews will be

condemned by Moses)

5:66-67As a result of this many of His disciples withdrew and were not walking

with Him anymore. So Jesus said to the twelve, “You do not want to goaway also, do you?” (Some of Jesus’ followers left him? )



5:70“We have believed and have come to know that You are the Holy One of

God.” Jesus answered them, “Did I Myself not choose you, the twelve,

and yet one of you is a devil?” Now He meant Judas the son of Simon

Iscariot, for he, one of the twelve, was going to betray Him. (The Messiah isa holy man chosen by God to rule Israel, not God or the literal son of God.)

7:39-42

But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to


glorified. Division of People over JesusSome of the people therefore,when they heard these words, were saying, “This certainly is the Prophet.”

Others were saying, “This is the Christ.” Still others were saying, “Surely

the Christ is not going to come from Galilee, is He? “Has not the Scripture

said that the Christ comes from the descendants of David, and fromBethlehem, the village where David was?”

8:1-11

But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives. Early in the morning He came again

into the temple, and all the people were coming to Him; and He sat downand began to teach them. The scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman

caught in adultery, and having set her in the center of the court, they said toHim, “Teacher, this woman has been caught in adultery, in the very act.

beginning with the older ones, and He was left alone, and the woman, where

she was, in the center of the court. Straightening up, Jesus said to her,

“Woman, where are they? Did no one condemn you?” She said, “No one,Lord.” And Jesus said, “I do not condemn you, either. Go. From now on sin

Is the Spirit of Truth/the Helper/the Prophet

the same as the “Holy Spirit”/”The Spirit”? No.

MATTHEW

22:41-46

While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, Saying, What

think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The Son of David.He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying,

The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thineenemies thy footstool? If David then call him Lord, how is he his son? And

no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day

forth ask him any more questions.

LUKE

4:1-14Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led around

by the Spirit in the wilderness for forty days, being tempted by the devil.And He ate nothing during those days, and when they had ended, He

became hungry. And the devil said to Him, “If You are the Son of God,tell this stone to become bread.” And Jesus answered him, “It is written,

When the devil had finished every temptation, he left Him until anopportune time. Jesus’ Public Ministry And Jesus returned to Galilee in

the power of the Spirit, and news about Him spread through all thesurrounding district.

They asked him, “What then? Are you Elijah?” And he said, “I am not.”“Are you the Prophet?” And he answered, “No.”

1:32-38

John testified saying, “I have seen the Spirit descending as a dove out of

heaven, and He remained upon Him. “I did not recognize Him, but He

who sent me to baptize in water said to me, „He upon whom you see the

Spirit descending and remaining upon Him, this is the One who baptizes in

the Holy Spirit.‟ “I myself have seen, and have testified that this is the Sonof God.” Jesus’ Public Ministry, First Converts Again the next day John

was standing with two of his disciples, and he looked at Jesus as He walked,and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God!” The two disciples heard him speak,

among whom are Phygelus and Hermogenes.(Clearly lots of people didn't believe in Paul)

2 CORINTHIANS

12:2-4I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago — whether in the body I

do not know, or out of the body I do not know, God knows — such a manwas caught up to the third heaven. And I know how such a man —

whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, God

knows — was caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words,

which a man is not permitted to speak.

12:8-9

Concerning this I implored the Lord three times that it might leave me.And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is

perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about myweaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.

(Is Paul saying he spoke to God?)



12:11I have become foolish; you yourselves compelled me. Actually I should

have been commended by you, for in no respect was I inferior to the most

eminent apostles, even though I am a nobody.

( Is Paul claiming to be equal to the Twelve Disciples and claiming to be anobody at the same time?)

13:3

since you are seeking for proof of the Christ who speaks in me, and whois not weak toward you, but mighty in you.

(Clearly some people didn't believe in Paul at the time and were asking him for proof to back up his statements.)

GALATIANS

2:11-13 Peter Cephas Opposed by Paul | But when Cephas came to Antioch, Iopposed him to his face, because he stood condemned. For prior to the

coming of certain men from James, he used to eat with the Gentiles; but

when they came, he began to withdraw and hold himself aloof, fearing the

party of the circumcision. The rest of the Jews joined him in hypocrisy, withthe result that even Barnabas was carried away by their hypocrisy. Paul is

opposed by Jesus' Twelve Disciples, including Paul "The Rock" upon whichJesus "built his church".

3:13Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for

us —for it is written, “CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO HANGS ON ATREE” — .

(Is he saying that Jesus is cursed? That's exactly what the Jews were trying

to accomplish in order to prove that he couldn’t possibly be the Messiah.)

EPHESIANS

3:8-9

To me, the very least of all saints, this grace was given, to preach to the

Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ, and to bring to light what is



the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden inGod who created all things;

( Paul is admitting that he is the least of the saints. Yet, he is contradicting Jesus' command not to preach to the Gentiles and he claims to have

exclusive access to the divine mysteries instead of the disciples who are greater than him?)

HEBREWS

10:28

Anyone who has set aside the Law of Moses dies without mercy on thetestimony of two or three witnesses.

10:29-31

How much severer punishment do you think he will deserve who hastrampled under foot the Son of God, and has regarded as unclean the blood

of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has insulted the Spirit of grace? For we know Him who said, “VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL

REPAY.” And again, “THE LORD WILL JUDGE HIS PEOPLE.” It is a

terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

2 PETER2:1-3

But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also befalse teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies,

even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction uponthemselves. Many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way

of the truth will be maligned; and in their greed they will exploit you

with false words; their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their

destruction is not asleep.

(There were false prophets during the time of Jesus)

things hard to understand, which the untaught and unstable distort, as

they do also the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction.( People with sick hearts and ignorant minds distort the religion.)



The AntiChrist

1 JOHN

2:15-8

Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world,the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the

flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from theFather, but is from the world. The world is passing away, and also its lusts;

but the one who does the will of God lives forever. Children, it is the last

hour; and just as you heard that antichrist is coming, even now many

antichrists have appeared; from this we know that it is the last hour.

2:22-23Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the

antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the

Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also.

2 JOHN

1:7For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not

acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver

and the antichrist.( Muslims can't be antichrist because they believe Jesus is the Christ and that

he is coming back in the flesh.)
