The focus of this conference, hosted by CAP, is to further our understanding of how frictions in both labor markets and related markets including the marriage market and the money market influence the operation of labor markets, including the cy- clical behavior of unemployment and wages. The NBER Group on Micro and Macro Perspectives on the Aggregate Labor Market is part of the NBER Eco- nomic Fluctuations and Growth Program. It is open to all interested but there is a capacity limit. Registrations are accepted on a first come-first serve basis. The conference fee of 1,000 DKK covers the conference and meals, and is waived for paper presenters. Hotel may be booked at the time of registration through the registration web site: http://www.kongreskompagniet.dk/nber2011 Deadline for registration: October 10, 2011 The conference starts with lunch at 12:00 on November 4 and ends at 18:00 on November 5.
