Annual Pleasantville BBQ &

Family Fun Fair!

Wednesday, June 3, 2015 3:30 – 7:00 p.m.

The Pleasantville Barbeque Committee cordially invites all Pleasantville families to our Annual BBQ and Family Fun Fair!

This fundraising event brings together the Pleasantville community for an afternoon of shared enjoyment with family, friends, and neighbours. Funds raised from last years’ BBQ helped support the Anti-Bullying Presentation, stage lighting, recess equipment, and the purchase of new classroom technology. The goal this year is to raise funds for a water bottle filling station in the school. Please help us continue to make this annual event a success by coming out to this year’s BBQ and Family Fun Fair!

Yummy Food! BBQ hamburgers • Veggie burgers • Jumbo hot dogs • Corn dogs • Drinks (juice & pop) food and beverage items must be pre-ordered and paid for in advance. (Only a limited supply will be available the day of the BBQ.)

We hope the York Region Water Truck will be back this year to supply us with drinking water. Please remember to bring your

reusable water bottles! Food generously donated by: Loblaws, Costco, Longo’s & No Frills

Sweet Treats at our Bake Sale! The VERY popular Bake Sale will be filled with lots of fun treats! Once

again, nut, dairy, egg, and gluten free items will be available.

Bake sale tickets may be purchased in advance but will also be available for purchase at the BBQ .

A limited supply of Starbuck’s coffee will be available for adults to enjoy.

* BBQ Food ingredients will be posted on the school website.
