“Life Coaching”In today’s ultra-competitive world, personal goals are often pushed

back. This deprives an individual from feeling of being totally fulfilled. Life coaching is rapidly becoming one of the leading tools that successful people use to live more fulfilled and extraordinary lives. Life coach helps in this journey by handholding his client. It is a journey of self-discovery for the client to be able to live life he / she wants to lead. I had great pleasure and joy in conducting 5 weekly group life coaching sessions with

senior management team of outstanding professionals of Highway Concessions. In these sessions, together, we explored individual goals, the challenges facing these goals and small but firm steps to fulfil these goals.

- Narendra Vachharajani.
