Exhibit Fees & RegistrationYour space can be reser ved by submi t t ing payment and a completed Exh ibi t Hal l Booth Agreement. Those who commit and pay in fu l l by October 1, 2014 wi l l receive the ear ly b i rd d iscount rate of $3,0 0 0.

F rom October 2 , 2014 on, the exhibi t fee i s $3,50 0 and the completed Exh ibi t Hal l Booth Agreement and a min imum payment of $1,0 0 0 wi l l be due immediate ly. The remain ing balance must be paid in fu l l by Januar y 31, 2015.

The cost fo r addi t ional representat ives i s $395 per person.

A cancel lat ion fee of $1,0 0 0 per booth wi l l be charged to exhibi to rs cancel l ing pr io r to Januar y 31, 2015. Cancel lat ions received on or a f te r Februar y 1, 2015 obl igate the exhibi to r to fu l l payment i f the space cannot be resold.
