• If you or any covered member becomes Medicare eligible during the year, you must contact Human Resources / Benefits and that member must enroll in Medicare Part A and B.
• Failure to enroll could result in additional costs and loss of coverage.
Reminders
• Only those dependents who were eligible for coverage at your retirement can be covered under Gwinnett County Retiree Health Plans.
• No changes – no action required. – Your coverages will roll over. – You can print a Confirmation Statement to verify
your plans without making any changes.
